Just brilliant from start to finish
We have had an amazingly positive experience with Grand Kitchens. The design service was excellent during which our designer politely prevented us making some mistakes and provided genuine expertise. The installation was first class - polite, tidy and helpful engineers who did a brilliant job. Most importantly we love our lichen. It exceeds our expectations with high quality units and appliances. Finally, support following installation has been first class with all snags ironed out with quibble. Could not recommend Grand Kitchens more highly.

Stale food delivered for Easter lunch party
This was a biggest nightmare ordering Easter lunch from Grand Kitchen . It was our biggest mistake.

And cheating innocent customers by giving stale food.
Smelling as they were cooked 3 to 4 days before .
My and my Easter celebrations were been ruined by this Grand kitchen.

I had a hard time understanding the set-up for tracking my order but I sent a text on my Gmail and was able to get info anytime I asked. So that was very helpful and appreciated. March 29 was the last day I made contact, I don’t have info available for before that.

Great company, to deal with, but use a lousy shipping company.
Ordered two different knives, one out the front and one side opening. Out the front came quickly. Side opening was delayed. Shipping company could not inform me where it was. Origin- China.
Location- Unknown. E-mails to Mia were answered promptly. Sent a screenshot of shipping update at 45 days in transit. A replacement was sent. Received my replacement and shipping company still did not know where it was. Grandkitchen- Great. Shipping company-lousy. Find a different shipper. Both knives are great. Folder is SUPER sharp. Will watch their shop for other things I may need/want. Hope for a different shipping company. Thanks Mia.

Throughly pleased but shipping took longer than expected
Ok so im throughly pleased with my 50th anniversary OTF knife BUT it took longer than I thought to get to me. At one point I thought it was lost in shipping so I emailed them and they sent me an up-to-date screenshot with exactly where my package was and its arrival date. It took 28 days. Longer than expected but completely pleased with the update they gave me and the knife its exactly what I was hoping for.

Fake shipping label
I ordered a product from them with "free shipping". They shipped it with a fake label according to my local USPS so I had to pay $12.10 to receive it. It took 30 days after I ordered it and the product was garbage to top it off. Total scam!

Customer service is outstanding
Customer service is outstanding. They get back to you very quick and they are very polite and professional. I’m a 30 year plus edged weapons collector and I recommend anyone else that is a knife or edged weapons collector to go ahead and try one of their knives out.

This was a long and drawn out…
This was a long and drawn out experience. I hadn't received any information about my purchase. Last information I had received was, my order was handed over to USPS. 2 months later I still hadn't received my order. They had shipped 2 orders, second order was to replace the first. They offered me a full refund.
The refund hit my bank this morning.
