SCAM
SCAM. They deliberately mimic ChatGBT and have manipulated search results. I quickly realized I subscribed and paid for the wrong service- I wanted ChatGBT. There is no option to manage your subscription anywhere. Even their own chat doesn't know the answer. Also, it kept replying in Spanish despite multiple requests for English. I sent a refund and cancellation request immediately to their customer service email, and received an automated "NO" response. Disputing with my bank.

Terrible experience
I wanted to cancel because I was charged for a paid service and only got a free service. I cannot get satisfaction from customer service. Just a chatbot. Which doesn't help squat. If I could give them a negative number rating, I would.

This company is not what they claim to…
This company is not what they claim to be. They market themselves as chat GTP till you finish paying then it a whole different program. I asked for a refund the day I spent the money after finding out that it wasn’t the correct website. They refused I didn’t want there service and never have used it and I don’t plan to.

Scam website pretending to be ChatGPT 4o
This company advertises on Google as "ChatGPT 4.0 by Open AI, ChatGPT Official Website". After subscribing, the AI models are useless as the data cuts off in October 2023. It is basically running the free ChatGPT but claims to be ChatGPT 4o. I immediately cancelled my 3-month subscription and asked for a refund and provided evidence to the customer service that they have technical issues but customer service denies and refuses to give a refund. The terms of service shows that this company is based in Cyprus though I can't be sure if that is true or it is based in Russia or North Korea. This is a scam website and I will dispute the charge through my debit card issuer.

SCAM pretending to be CHATGPT
Like many others, I searched ChatGPT4 Pro and it took me to a link that looked like the real deal - the logo is very similar and it is obvious, in retrospect, that they are counting on you thinking it is the official ChatGPT site. They even have "ChatGPT: Powered by OpenAI, GPT is your go-to assistant for a wide range of tasks. From drafting emails and generating in-depth reports to managing your calendar and brainstorming ideas" on their home page which is openly fraudulent. They are based in Cyprus. Once you pay for the annual subcription, there is NO WAY to cancel. The service itself is pretty hopeless - unpaid versions of Chat and Copilot do a far superior job. I am currently trying to contact their customer service to ask to cancel my yearly subscription. This still means I will have paid for a substandard scam service for a year. Just hoping I can cancel! TOTAL SCAM. Sigh

It's a scam
It's a scam, be very careful!!! I somehow get to this link when I actually wanting ChatGPT through Open AI page. Not sure what happened that time. I logged into OpenAI, click subscript, and then it links me to payment page, I key in my details, and then ChatOpen sent me an email and that is when I realized something is wrong. Filing a dispute with my CC provider.
