I had the best customer service yet after 30 some years of using travel agents to book my quarterly flights abroad.
I was attended to by a very pleasant lady going by name of Jazz. She took her initiative to look for more pocket friendly fares with alternative dates and best routes with the least time in lay overs. Jazz was very polite patient and professional in her attitude and dealt with my many specifications with absolute efficiency.

Been using Tickets to India from last 7-8 years and never had any issues.
