UPDATE 7 JULY 2026: TTI replied below but their statement is incorrect.
Under UK261 Article 8 I am legally entitled to re-routing at no extra cost after cancellation. As the selling agent, TTI must facilitate this. Telling me to contact Kuwait Airways does not discharge TTI's responsibility.
I have communicated professionally throughout. Matter escalated to CAA.
ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM 6 JULY 2026:
Airline cancelled my flight.
Ticketstoindia (TTI) NEVER INFORMED ME.
I booked in Dec 2025 for £2912 and found out about the cancellation myself 2 days ago.
Under UK261 Article 8(b) TTI as my booking agent MUST reroute me to my destination at no cost.
Manager "Kabir" refused and said: "you do whatever you want but I can only do refund or you pay fare difference".
The same flight now costs nearly £4500. I’m £1600 out of pocket if I have to rebook myself.
Flight is in 22 DAYS and I’m stranded.
@UK_CAA please intervene. This is a clear UK261 breach - failure to notify + failure to reroute.

We are of course sorry to hear that Kuwait Airways has cancelled your flight and appreciate your frustration with this.
As you will be aware, our customer services manager has been in contact with you and has explained to you that as an agent we have no powers to rebook you onto another airline (at least not without charging the appropriate fare), however, Kuwait Airways as the operating airline WILL be able to assist you with this. As an agent, we are only able to claim the full refund for the cancelled flights as per Kuwait Airways' policy.
Concerning your conversations with the team, as mentioned in the emails from our customer services manager, we will not tolerate offensive language being used. Our team is there ready and willing to assist you and other customers but we do not and can not expect them to be subject to the use of offensive language.
We must reiterate that the quickest and easiest way for you to resolve this situation is to contact Kuwait Airways as soon as possible and ask them to rebook you on another carrier - there is no facility for agents to be able to do this.

We are sory to hear that the fare that you chose was subsequently not available. Like most online travel agents, our booking system uses live availability which comes directly from the airlines. Whilst this is more than 99,9% accurate, there is a small margin of error which means that there are rare occasions when the chosen fare has expired or is no longer available by the time the booking is completed.
In such circumstances, we will always try to offer the customer an alternative flight option that closely matces their original choice or a full refund.

Wrong information and ripping off
Price over their website is different and when we call offer different price also airline counts any one over 15+ adult but they counted 13year as adult . So when to airline and booked direct even I got £250-00 cheaper than they quoted also more in weight in luggage what they were offering. So I recommend please make sure before you book as they don’t have full knowledge and you end up with paying extra what you suppose to.

We are sorry to hear that we were not able to offer the same price as the airline on this occasion for your chosen flights. As you may appreciate, different fare types have different rules and benefits and as an agent, we have to go by the applicable fare rules for the available fares.
In most cases, booking with an agent is hugely beneficial for a number of reasons. Firstly, we are impartial and have no allegiance to one airline over another. This enables us to offer advice and options across a number of airlines at any given time. In addition, we will often have access to specially negotiated rates which may be cheaper than the published fares (available through the airlines' websites) and/ or may offer other advantages such as date changes, additional luggage etc.

Totally Horrible service!
Totally Horrible service!! My flight was cancelled due to Iran war. in March 2026. the flight was cancelled by the airline. At Fist the ticket was booked on Gulf Air, TTI called me to change the return flight with Emirates ( I had no problem with that). Once the flights were canceled, Its now 8 weeks while my refund is not getting processed. TTI have only one excuse that the airline will refund the amount then we can refund. Airline is telling to talk to ticket partner only. we are stuck with my money with them.
Horrible Horrible services. Never Ever again Never.

Misleading Booking Process and Poor Refund Handling

I had a very disappointing experience with Tickets To India
I have been a customer of this company since 2010, which makes this experience even more frustrating and disappointing.
I successfully booked international flights from London to Raipur via Delhi flights through their website, and the payment was taken successfully. However, shortly after booking, I received a call from their team stating that they would not issue my tickets.
When I asked for evidence or confirmation that the flights were genuinely cancelled, no proof was provided. Instead, I was repeatedly pressured to purchase alternative tickets at different prices, which I declined. I clearly requested a full refund instead.
What makes this even more concerning is that the exact same flights they claimed were “cancelled” were still showing on their website/system with the same date, same timing, and same price. It appeared that the tickets were still available for booking, which felt very misleading and raised serious concerns about transparency.
Since then, I have been receiving calls from different team members trying to convince me to buy another ticket rather than processing my refund. My refund has still not been returned, and they have been holding a significant amount of my money for the last 4–5 days.
This situation has been extremely stressful because I cannot book replacement flights for my family until my money is returned. The amount involved is significant, and delaying the refund is causing serious inconvenience and uncertainty.
After being a loyal customer for many years, this experience has made the company appear extremely untrustworthy and frustrating to deal with. The entire process has felt unprofessional, poorly handled, and very stressful.
I hope the company resolves this matter quickly and improves how genuine customers are treated in the future.

As a longstanding customer of Tickets to India, we are very sorry to hear that we were unable to confirm your ticket on this occasion.
As explained by the team, Lufthansa/ Air India repeatedly cancelled the flights despite them having shown as available at the time of booking. Whilst we do, of course, appreciate how frustrating it is when this occurs, regrettably, we have no control over the availability coming from the GDS and the airline's systems.
In these circumstances, all that we can do is to offer alternatives at cost (which is what the team have been trying to assist you with) or a full refund. As no alternatives were suitable, a full refund has already been processed and should be with you soon if not already.
Again, we are sorry that you have had this experience and would welcome the opportunity to achieve a better outcome for a future booking.

Top Notch
I have been using ticketstoIndia.co.uk for few years and always had a good deal.
The best part is the customer support which was put to test during the AMD-LGW flight crash period. I had to re-book and the staff was top notch in sorting out the problem over the phone even during non office hours. I would not have expected this level of support from the airline it self leave alone third-party booking site.

Went to India in February 2026
Went to India in February 2026 , day before coming back UK lady rang to say our flight been cancelled. Offered 3 to four options for different flight back to UK , we chose BA Mumbai to Manchester via Heathrow, but have to pay for the tickets £3259.04 & lady confirmed she will apply for partial refund of my original tickets for both of us . After two weeks Qatar Airways issued £440 , which was unacceptable. Complaining upto now but no signs of change their decision. I will not give up fighting for my rights for full refund.

We are sorry to hear that your return flights with Qatar Airways were cancelled due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East.
With regards to the refund value for your unused Qatar Airways return, regrettably, the refund value is calculated by the airline and is usually considerably lower that half of the ticket price as much of the ticket is made up of taxes, most of which are used up on the outbound journey. As you will appreciate, as an agent we have absolutely no control over this.
Concerning the cost of the replacement flight, again this is something that we can not control as we use live availability and pricing which comes directly from the airlines via a booking system called a GDS. As you will understand, prices were higher than usual at this time given the lack of availability using direct carriers.
Whilst we do of course appreciate your frustration regarding the refund amount, we can assure you that this was the applicable refund as calculated by the airline.
