not legit cigs. i got 10 packs of 20s marlboro reds for $180, it had the strong tar/leather taste but the buzz was weaker than my winfield blues from woolies. prob made from overseas. gave a pack to a friend and don't even plan to smoke the rest of the 9 packs.

***Beware*** cheapsmoke.com.au and bongs n pipes are the same company are both are complete scams and have ACCC looking into them. Website states order sent same day if placed before 2 pm. After a week of not receiving a tracking number I sent numerous emails and no reply. The phone number on the website goes answered after days of trying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company is an absolute joke and is quite literally just harvesting money from people. I spent about $50 here and received no order updates, have emailed them multiple times requesting and update or a refund and have received 0 response. Absolute criminal scum.

Wouldn't purchase again

- missing items from package

- ordered BLACK utensils and was sent green ones instead

- other utensils were incorrect size

- The tray i purchased and one i received are completely different

- sent wrong papers

So many mistakes for 1 order

I'd NEVER recommend this business for many reasons, but let's focus on one, I placed an order 12 days ago and have been forced to constantly contact them, they have promised the earth but lied from the start, my order never arrived and now I'm being ghosted, I'm being forced to contact PayPal to reverse this fraud, make no mistake, this wasn't just "bad luck" they have been deceitful from day one including advertising stock they DO NOT HAVE. Avoid these scammers at all costs, there are so so many decent respectful sellers out there, try them, try ANYONE other than these scammers 0/10

Update:The seller and I came to an agreement with what wasn't sent refunded, I'm definitely greatful they realised this mistake needed to be fixed, I believe she's done her best in a bad situation, for that I give an extra star

Paid for express post days later order stil not sent. Tried to contact a few times got no response. Wont ever buy from this place again.

Product arrived broken which I emailed about straight away. No response for weeks and then just ran me in circles with lies. Would not recommend. Asian woman running this is a scammer or at the very least a poor business woman. I have been attempting to correspond with her since February but have gotten no where. Cannot get a response now. Extremely disappointed and shocking customer service.

I brought a glass bong and it was broken when arrived the merchant wouldn’t respond to messages about the product wouldn’t recommend this website as there bad communication and took 2 weeks to ship the item then it was broken

Where do I start? Firstly the checkout is faulty and automatically tries to put you through zipay, when I emailed and tried to rectify this I was very promptly replied to with a stripe link to make the payment, but after that I was completely ignored for a month regarding the order. After the month long wait and a conversation with my bank to dispute the payment, I received an email declaring that they have just shipped it….. yay, it arrives a week later and is the wrong products all three things I purchased did not come but three things that I guess were
“close enough” did. So imagine my surprise when I get an email asking me to rate my experience. I reward you no points and would like to take this opportunity to tell the good folks of Australia that you are shockingly bad and to avoid your store like the plague.

Other then receiving half your stuff and it being completey different, it was a perfect service.

Pricing of items is good, however, the email prompt for registering, as to get the %5 discount on first purchase doesnt work, regardless of how many times you enter email address, and when I contacted them, I got no reply, so I wouldnt mind a %5 discount being retroactively applied.

The item I ordered was sent to another person, in another state. I received an item that I didn’t order. Despite attempts to contact contact CheapSmoke, they have not responded and hence done absolutely nothing to resolve the matter.
I’ll never buy from them again.
