This company is the same people who own bongsnpipes.com.au they are 100% scammers and rip offs trust me they are rude disrespectful and don't give a crap. You won't get tracking number and they aren't contactable. They ripped me off and sent me the wrong items and broken and couldn't care less.

Tried to email multiple times but no one ever responds. Tried to message the contact mobile number on their website & you can't even send messages to the number!! I can call, but it just goes to an automated voice message!

Ordered 5 x glass bowls (I tend to break them often and easily), 1 x pipe & 1 x water bubbler (this included its own bowl and accessories). However I only received 3 of 5 bowls… the rest of the order came ok and nothing was damaged however a little disappointed that I wasn’t sent all the items I paid for.
