I cancelled my trip 3 months ago and no refund yet. Their customer service do not know what she was doing. She asked if I checked my bank account for the refund, among other silly questions. Very greedy agent.

A very unprofessional and unethical company. They charge you different fees as per their convenience.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible company with horrible customer service. Liars and thieves who don't refund you and lie to your face about it. Filed dispute against them with my bank.

I had booked a ticket with them from Atlanta to new Delhi round trip my life worst mistake on cancellation this is what they told me they will give me.
Cancellation charges: INR 75262/-
Refund amount : INR 11521/-
This was not enough for these greedy people the then returned only 5735/- and told me in a email:

Kindly be informed that we have check with the account team and INR5735/- is te applicable refund only on the cancellation of return sector.

They do false advertisement and false statements are made please tell me where I can report them.

This is a total money making business. They totally don't co-operate for anything and just iterate what is being said again and again. Rescheduling a ticket is much more expensive then booking a new ticket!! This is crazy! Instead why not a book a new ticket at lower price.

They are not customer oriented and then they say to check with airline directly. Cancellation charges are less than 1% of your booking charges. The site itself fluctuates with dates and days.Wish there were negative stars to rate this!!!

There’s no negative star to rate... this guys are worse and cheaters... the do not return your cancellation amount.. they even go to extent of threatening you if asked for return... this s run by third class anti social elements u guess.. never ever open their sight even they offer for free

Booked flight ticket from Mumbai to Germany via Turkish Airlines and cheapticket got me the best deal. Among so many negative feedback I was worried initially but I had no problem with the flight ticket booking process.

Worst site to book tickets staff are naive , They are unable to speak English.

Great trip and a great price. Seen all the negative reviews and must admit I was somewhat worried whether my flights (for six of us) from Dehli to Kathmandu would be okay when I saw them after I booked. However, everything was fine and Cheapticket.in booked the flights at the most competitive rate I could find and there were no issues.

They booked a ticket for a flight which did not exist. Just imagine what my situation would have been if I had not tried to check the flight status, there was no such flight available from Colombo to Mumbai of Air India (You can still check). Then when I called the customer service they said everything is in order and there is indeed a flight and everything is in order. I thought I will recheck and not take there work for it. I checked and indeed there was no such flight 2nd time I called they said the flight was canceled and the airline was supposed to inform me. How can a flight be canceled when it never existed in the first place. Long story short I asked for the refund and paid extra to book a flight. Never faced a problem with Cleartrip.com I have been using it for more then 10 years.

I require everyone to never book tickets through this website. They are a big bunch of cheaters and theives. I would have never booked if I read the reviews earlier. They cheated everyone! We had booked international tickets through it and flight was scheduled at 2 pm. When we reached the airport, shocked to know that flight already departed at 10:25 AM and no one informed about this change. When we tried to contact they don't refused to help and blamed on airline. On contacting airlines,they informed that flight was rescheduled long back and they informed the same to travel agent. We had huge financial loss and mental stress as we had to cancel hotel booking and rebook Flight for next day. I wonder how this website exists in skyscanner! This should be banned at earliest possible so that they could not cheat people further.

My flight with spicejet booked via cheap ticket.in was cancelled by the airline and after promising to refund me within 24 hrs it took over three weeks which ruined the rest of my holiday as I was either emailing or ringing their non existent customer care number.

I did get a refund minus charges but would not recomend cheapticket.in to anyone except my mother in law
Remember cheapest tickets=cheapest service( I be paying more next time)

NEVER PURCHASE FLIGHT TICKETS FROM CHEAP TICKET AS ON CANCELLATION THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK IN FULL AIRLINE IS GIVING ME FULL REFUND BUT CHEAP TICKET IS DEDUCTINF 95 % OF THE MONEY. NEVER BOOK FROM CHEAP TICKET THEY SHOULD BE BANNED

Wish I could give them something lower than this! Worst experience ever!!! Never ever book from cheaptickets.in. I wonder why they are listed with Skyscanner, conning people of their hard earned money!
Our flights got cancelled by Spicejet and they initiated a full refund against it. For the onward flight, cheapticket deducted convenience charge even though we argued that the cancellation was not initiated at our end. And the return flight refund has not even been credited to my account yet, even though it has been 10 days since refund was completed by airlines. Cheapticket do not respond to mails, don't pickup calls and have not even responded to our consumer forum complaints!! The audacity of these people! Most pathetic service ever!

Cheaters : avoid at all cost - lost 70k+

Booked international return tickets : first flight was cancelled and moved to another airport resulting in 4:30h delay - Could'nt get international connection with another airline (same agent).
Blocked in the airport, both Airlines deny redpondability and forward to agent cheapticket.in : Agent doesn't want to do anything and even the worst hold unusable return ticket while refusing to reschedule flight.

50k lost in ticket and another full journey to rebook at heavy rate for last moment (70k+).
3 days expenditures to stay in unknown city while waiting for other flight (obviously other agent).

Please do not ever book with cheap tickets. THey are very unreasonable. I just purchased a package for flight and hotel for $3425.40 today 4/16 and then found another package on priceline for $3076.82 with the same flight and hotel. However cheap tickets is saying that they will decline my price guarantee because I added the share shuttle to my package for $42 and if I remove it then its no longer a package. They wont allow me to remove the share shuttle from my package to be apples to apples on my claim since they said that the package has to match exactly. Really so you will take $348.58 over just $42 for the share shuttle. I will NEVER book with cheap tickets ever again as I have used them over 5 years and they did not even try to accomodate the price match.

Worst service I had ever for Reschedule the tickets
I am Sanil John i have booked a ticket to Rajhamundri from Trivandrum on 10th of February for reschedule the ticket to 21st of February i sent 25 mails to clear the issue phone number is not working it took 6 hours and not yet clear the issue after paying the extra money of 4025 and still i havent get the tickets ok. And phone number which they provide is faulty

A lesson learnt quite too late. I booked the tickets with cheapticket.in 5 months prior. This morning i woke up to the mail from them saying that my ticket has been rescheduled by the airlines, 1 week to the travel date. I call the airlines they say to contact cheaptickets.com. i call cheap tickets they say they are not responsible and point me to airways. When i tell the person on the phone to transfer me to his manager, he hung up on me. Who is going to compensate my lose?
I wish i read reviews before booking tickets from them.
Anyone who is planning on booking with them, do yourselves a favor and book with the airlines directly. At least with them, YOU get the compensation not these hoaxes.
Its a shame that such bad service they provide.

The worst booking company I have ever used! When I asked to cancel my flight they said it was free to do online or over the phone there would be a charge. I canceled online and then a few days later only received £100 back when I paid £300 for the flights. When I spoke to the company on the phone they made up different reasons why I did not receive a full refund. I asked them to send a email explaining a break down of charges. The charges were ridcioulos and the prices did not add up to the amount that was not refunded. When I replied asking for further information they ignored my email. I have sent this to them 3 times now and when I ring them they put the phone down on me. I will NEVER EVER use this company again. They have terrible customer service.
