FedEx shipped our package and it was a day late , cheese was hit when it arrived . Woth out question they are shipping us a new order overnight. How wonderful is that for customer service.

Almost perfect
My order arrived quickly and packaged well. I was surprised at receiving a free Brie.
My only issue is the lack of a phone number and the ability to speak with someone regarding a problem. I sent a message and received no response.

You won't get what you order.
First, it arrived 3 days late after I paid for a 1 day expedited shipping. Then, an item was missing in the package. Lastly, it looked nothing like the product I ordered. Won't recommend.

Hi Natalya - thank you for sharing your experience with us and we are sorry you feel disappointed. We received your order at 7:30PM on 7/25 and was queued in the line. It was shipped on 7/27 overnight and you received it on 7/28 a 3:40PM. If your expectation was to receive the cheese on 7.26 it was absolutely impossible for us to meet that deadline since FedEx comes at 3PM everyday. If an item was missing, a quick email would have been enough to find an amicable solution (refunding the value of the item). As far as nothing look like the product you ordered I am not sure how to take this one. You ordered the Taste Lovely Keto kit with a full description of the content including the following message: Please note: This is a collection of gourmet cheeses carefully selected to be presented together on a cheese board; however, it is not delivered in a gift box nor with a cheese board or basket .I will follow up on the missing item by email. Warm cheese poor packaging, no responce
Ordered 100 dollars of cheese and I was home when it was delivered and it was poorly packaged and all of the cheese was 70 degrees F or warmer. I have tried to contact you with no responce ....

Love the Brie
Love the Brie. We found the brand in Hawaii and could not get it locally so I went online to get it. We order the big bag every couple of months. It's easy and the delivery is quality. Well packed and gets to my door cold. Neighbors broke into my last order while bringing it into the house. I think you may have a new customer.

Very disappointed that they replaced a cheese I ordered without contacting me first. It would have been nice to have the option to choose a new cheese or get a refund.
