Always a good experience when ordering from them. My cheese and jams etc. always get delivered on time and everything stays cold and I get a couple free ice packs each time so it all works out.

Great cheese selection (when delivered correctly) but multiple problems with logistics and major delays with customer service responses (I repeatedly had to follow up myself to remind them what went wrong with the order; could be that they are a very new business and the logistical side of it is still struggling)
