Max Cutsforth handled the sale of a property in the Castle Camps area for us. It wasn't straightforward - I was managing things remotely from abroad, and we had a buyer fall through partway through the process, which meant going back to market. Max took it all in his stride. He was realistic and honest about pricing from the start, proactive about getting viewings booked, and handled a tricky negotiation with real skill and patience. Communication was excellent - he always kept me in the loop without me having to chase. When things got stuck between solicitors, he stepped in and got things moving again.
