They were transparent about their pricing and provided a great service throughout, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car. A bonus was that they have their own Mini bodyshop on site.

James helped explain and sort all the finance and paperwork when picking up the new car and was very informative when getting a quote for part exchanging my old car. It was also no issue sort out a small fault that developed in which the car was booked in and sorted promptly.

When my daughter and I (I being a female) visited this garage to view a car, we were welcomed and given as much information and access as we needed but not made to feel ignorant in any way. We found a much bigger stock than we expected. The showroom has a selection of models, which we were free to sit in and compare, to help us make a decision. We found there to be a wide range of models and prices available, at competitive prices. Having decided to buy a car, the process was quick and easy. Responses to emails and payment were prompt and helpful. When we collected the vehicle we were given a thorough explanation of its features and told that we could contact them if we had further questions. The car came with a new MOT and was immaculate. We have now had the car for a number of weeks and are delighted with it. We have had no problems and would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family. After a very disappointing experience with my local main dealer, I felt nervous looking for another mini but I really didn’t need to be once in the safe hands of the Chelmsford Car Company.

Great service from start to finish from Elliot. Very pleased with my mini! Good range to choose from, delivered as promised and supplied second key as I requested. Would definitely recommend.

I don't often leave reviews anywhere but I felt this was an exception. Searched their website and found a car that I thought might suit. Phoned first to check it was still available and then drove over to have a look. Franklin was my contact and let me have a look over the car. It was parked in the far corner of the lot but moving other vehicles to let me have a test drive was no problem at all. I was allowed a solo test drive which sold the car to me. I had an old vehicle to part exchange which again was no problem and I received what I felt was a fair price. the two front tyres although within legal limits were a little low and these were changed without quibble. As the car was already valeted and with a long MOT I was able to collect the car the following day (after the front tyres had been changed. Prior to driving off Franklin run through the controls and synchronised my phone to the car's system. All in all in a seemless experience without any hint of hard sell (it was even suggested that I take a few days to see whether I could more money for my old vehicle). I would certainly recommend this business for anyone looking to purchase a Mini (they also provide full servicing/repair facilities). My thanks to Franklin (and the other Gentleman whose name I didn't get). Certainly a Five Star review.
