The service provided is great. They do all of our prescriptions and we get them on time. Its a service we have come to rely on and delighted to say that we have never been let down. We could really do more with chemists that offer the same reliable and polite service.

Product was fine when it arrived but…
Product was fine when it arrived but having paid a supplement for guaranteed next working day delivery, my order was not even dispatched for 2 days after my order had been processed. Wouldn't bother paying the extra again

Very annoyed...I ordered one packet of…
Very annoyed...I ordered one packet of low dose co- codamol tablets in order to take one dose temporarily before going to bed. My order was refused. I had pain in the ankles. This kept me awake. The pain has gone away after taking a few single doses of tablets at night which I ordered online from another chemist.
I was very annoyed. I am very responsible and this was only to help me sleep for a few days. I won't be ordering anything from you in the future.
You advised me to consult my doctor. I had already done this and she advised this short term possible remedy...it worked.

Safety of our customers is important to us. We want to make sure that purchases are appropriate for use and where there is a better option than fulfil an order we will explain this to our customers.
At the time of placing the order you did not mention that you had consulted your Doctor.
Received my product a little later than…
Received my product a little later than expected but to be fair it was Christmas & this year the Royal Mail have had big problems with the Covid/staff balance but I wanted it for new year so no problem. I received emails regarding the postal problem anyway.

I was nervous about using an online…
I was nervous about using an online pharmacy but I was left with a very positive experience Great! Great service and communication. Unfortunate that I paid for next day delivery and received it after two days, but this was caused by Royal Mail not Chemist 2 Customer.
