Again and again Pharmacy Express go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service.Zayn is normally the gentleman i speak to regarding my ADHD medicatation.Zayn always ensures i get my medication on time and appreciates how much i rely on this medication.Due to a mistake with my GP practice.I have been without my medication for over a month.Under these circumstances i had no alternative but to pay privately.I want to say a huge thank you to Hardeep for his time and help with the payment process.Hardeep ensured i was reassured all was in order with this.He made sure my badly needed ADHD medication was ready for me to collect promptly.I noticed also that the cost of my medication was lower.Hardeep advised me that they had given me a discount as the medication is very expensive.I received all my ADHD medication quickly.Following payment.First class service Hardeep.Hardeep took the time to listen to my ordeal with my GP practice.This is over and above any other chemist i have dealt with.Not only do Pharmacy Express give first class personal service they have gone another extra mile by giving me a discount.It doesnt get any better than that.I want to take this oppotunity of apologising for my delay in contacting them regarding my most recent prescription.I care for my dad and the GP have been so unhelpfull. Advised by my cruise line I needed a Yellow Fever certificate for some of the ports of call. As the GP service no longer provides the service I contacted Pharmacy Express, after talking with them booked/paid for the appt. on line. Turned up and took my previous yellow fever cert along which recommended a second dose after 10 years which was well overdue. After consultation I was advised this would suffice as WHO recommended only one dose now for over 60's, so no inoculation required. I was also advised my fee would be refunded which was a nice surprise. Based on my experience I'd recommend Pharmacy Express and would have no hesitation using them again.

I had a really positive experience with this pharmacy. The whole process was very straightforward and easy to follow. The questionnaire was clear, the questions made sense, and it was simple to upload the photos that were needed. Once that was done, everything moved smoothly without any unnecessary back-and-forth.

With some other companies, the process can feel quite intrusive with lots of repeated requests and extra checks, but this was refreshingly simple and well organised.

There were also plenty of appointment options for the quick video consultation. It was only a short call to verify the prescription and it didn’t feel intrusive at all. The pharmacist was very kind, professional, and reassuring.

Another thing I really appreciated is that they support maintenance doses as well. The pricing also feels fair and reasonable. They’re not the very cheapest, but they’re also not expensive — which I actually prefer. Some companies offer a very low introductory price and then increase it significantly later, whereas here the pricing is stable and consistent, which gives a lot more confidence long term.

Delivery and packaging were excellent too. Everything was carefully wrapped with proper cold packaging, and even the wool insulation was recyclable, which is a really thoughtful touch.

For users looking to start their GLP-1 journey, I cannot recommend this company enough. They are thorough in their checks - photo evidence is required of scales and full body photos, accompanied by a short zoom call to check your weight and answer any questions. Dispatch was then the next working day, and delivered the day after.

The reorder process has been easy, again photo evidence is required to ensure you are on track and a brief questionnaire to highlight any side effects you may have, so that they can advise accordingly.

Communication with the team has always been fast. They also check that you have received your delivery.
