Would certainly recommend Chepstow trade centre. Customer service was brilliant and extremely helpful and brilliant prices. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a car these are the best.

I came down having looked at the car online and wanting to inspect it further before potentially buying. The guys at Chepstow Trade Centre were really friendly and welcoming, but not pushy or tried to sell me too hard. They allowed me to inspect the vehicle thoroughly and take it for a test drive. The car was in really good condition despite it being a 13 year old Honda Civic, and I was able to drive it away due to it being MOT'd and serviced. I think you always need to do your research on cars before you buy them, but I'd still happily recommend Chepstow Trade Centre to others as it was a great experience overall. I've had to drive the car heavily since purchase (back and forth Berkshire), and it runs like a dream.

Called into the site purely on the off chance. Was looking for a replacement car after mine was written off. Was put under no pressure as we walked around the site looking. When I approached Mark to ask if I could look at one of the cars he was great got us the key and left us to look at with no hassle but was there to ask any questions we needed to. We decided we wanted to buy the car. The paperwork was completed with no hassle or problems. He then arranged a service and new mot for the car I was then rang by Tim on the morning of the second day to say the car was ready to be collected. It then took less than half hour to do the final paperwork and drive off with my new car. A TOTALLY stress free and pleasurable experience. Highly recommend the company and the two guys I dealt with. Thankyou both for all your help.

My wife and I were looking for a reasonably priced run around for short trips. Having seen one or two cars on the Motors website, one of which was a very nice 2010 Renault clio, I contacted Mark at the Caerleon site who could not have been more professional, and pleasant. He did everything he could to make the whole process of viewing, test driving, and purchasing the car stress free. I feel that the service that both myself and my wife received, was exceptional and I have confidence in recommending Chepstow Tade Centre Ltd to anybody looking to purchase a pre owned vehicle. From the very start Mark showed excellent help and communication.

Upon arrival it was a fun and relaxed . We had many laughs a daunting experience suddenly became an enjoyable one.
I had an issue with a sensor warning light coming on a couple of days later, it was all sorted quickly and efficiently by the team. I love the car and am very happy with whole experience

We recently bought a car from this garage and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The team are truly lovely and kind people – from the very start they made us feel welcome and supported. Before handing the car over, they carried out a full service, fitted new tyres, and made sure everything was in perfect working order.
The car itself is spotless, clean and shiny, and drives beautifully. I am disabled, so my wife will be the main driver, and they were very understanding of our situation – patient, caring, and never pushy. It really felt like they wanted us to be happy and safe in our new car.

Tim appears to be a nice, genuine guy, all of the cars were exceptionally presented (as is the entire site). The car was as described.
There was no pressure in the sale, we were left to view the car at leisure.
The whole sale process was smooth and friendly - I would certainly recommend.

The 2 guys at this garage were extremely helpful and more importantly extremely genuine. Communication from viewing the car to day of collection was excellent. I couldn’t fault any of the service i received. I would highly recommend this garage

What fantastic service. I wasnt happy with something on the vehicle, they collected my vehicle from 180 miles away and sorted it no problem. I wouldn't hesitate to refer people to them.

What can I say these chaps are the real deal. They did for me what no other dealer did be honest and did what they said there were going to do. New mot and service and Re-cleaned ready for us to collect. Great service great chaps will deffo go there again 100%.
