Looking for a reasonable second hand car after reading reviews I went to Chepstow Trade Centre Ltd Ponthir. Tim was very friendly and professional and gave me sound advice before I purchased a car. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a used car at a reasonable price.

We needed a second car and having read the reviews and looked online at the cars CTC had to offer, my wife and I walked over to have a look in person. Tim was great from the second he came out of the office to the time we left having bought the car we chose in the price range we were willing to pay.

Mark and the team were a pleasure to deal with. I found them via Autotrader as I was looking for a specific car that they had the a good example of at a great price. I put a reservation on he car via Autotrader website and Mark got back to me via email and we arranged a visit to see the car, it was all defrosted and ready to go. I agreed to buy, they arranged for it to be serviced etc before I came to collect it a few days later. Genuinely nice group of people and the whole process was straightforward. It felt honest and relaxed the whole time without feeling pressured into making any decisions. Thank you all, I'm really happy with my new car

We bought my daughter’s first car from CTC, Caerleon. Buying a used car is a minefield, so we’d spent quite some time looking before ending up at CTC. Mark was great, there was no pressure at all, and he took away my worries by adding a warranty to the car deal. The car got a new MOT, serviced + valeted before picking it up today.

I wouldn't buy a car from tim we when to pick up our ford kuga when we got there tim told us to take the car to a garage, because the engine management light was on
We drove the car.The car went into limp mode taking it to the garage the man in the garage told us he i don't knock the light off.we ad my 3 years old son in the car a tractor needly hit as we was stack on a dual carriageway as the car was cutting out phoned tim he didnt care he told as to fine a way home with my little boy we was in the car for 4 hours tim had the car back i give him a chance to fix the car waiting 3 weeks it have the car back tim told the finance company that the car wasn't fixed and it wouldn't start but en we have speeding ticket through the door when tim ad the car he siad he we put water in the diesel and he know that we didnt put no diesel in the car tim u can phone the police and I will tell them everything threatening me.Don't work i'm not someone that you can bully either.

Bought a 2012 Suzuki swift from here as my first car. Very nice nippy car. Have absolutely no complaints about it. Good price with a warranty I would definitely recommend this place and buy again in future if need be. Very good customer service and overall buying the car was hassle free.

Took a chance and bought a car remotely, Chepstow Trade Centre arranged delivery and took my vehicle in PX. Couple of little niggles were sorted to my satisfaction and I am very pleased with my new car.

Upon arrival we were greeted and told to "take our time, no rush" my wife found a car she liked and the deal was made. Highly recommended 👌.
