Chester & Cooke Avis

Bought a bridle hanger for my wife as a birthday gift, she loved it! Really well made thank you

WHAT A WONDERFULL CHANGE TO FIND A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT QUALITY AND SERVICE.
YOUR KINDLING BOX HAS JUST FINISHED OFF MY WOOD BURNER CORNER. IT LOOKS FIRST CLASS.
THANK YOU CHESTER & COOKE

I bought a new name plate for my daughters horse. The pictures online do not do the product justice. It is lovely, it looks very smart and professionally made. Very happy. Will be a returning customer for sure. Thanks

Great products. Good customer care. Highly recommend.

Had my eye on the 4 Boot rack with shelf for a while, and finally with autumn around the corner decided to take the plunge. Exactly as described and very fast delivery also.
If I could attach a photo to this review I would, as I installed it today and really happy with it. It’s outside, however under shelter so that will save it from the elements somewhat. Thanks again.

Ordered their seed box and had it personalised. Absolutely fantastic service, ordered it way too last minute for my Mum's Birthday and they made every effort to get it to me within a seriously short timescale- it even arrived two days early! The box is so good, engraving is perfect and the reason I went for it was that it is so big. Much the best seed box I have seen and Mum was thrilled with it. Thank you so much- also love the little Jack Russell logo on the box!

Wellington boot rack is perfect - needed somewhere to store wellies where the dogs wouldn’t chew them and to stop the rest of the family putting boots on my surfaces for carrying out laundry ! No picture as yet as decided to repaint the room but very pleased

What a fabulous double Bridle Rack. It is the highest quality with absolute perfection on the engraving and details of personalization. Liz was so fabulous with communication and making sure the gift was absolutely perfect and special. Customer service and product quality couldn't have been higher. I can't wait to find something else to order! Thank you so much!

Amazing work! The seed box I ordered arrived immaculate and in good time. Te box is stronger than I expected and the inserts I ordered are of great quality too! My other half loved his present and put it to use straight away! I’m actually thinking about getting it as a present for my dad who’s also big on gardening. The fact that’s it’s made in the UK is also a bonus. Great work!

Bought a boot jack from this company. Great service and very pleased with quality and style of boot jack. Small but beautifully made with a suitable phrase of my choosing. Nice size as can carry around in boot bag.
So pleased that I bought another boot jack…as a present. Even my fussy son was impressed!

Ordered wellington rack and dog lead rack. Exceptional quality and very well made. Recommended

A personalised seed box delivered very quickly and a top quality product - my wife was thrilled with it. This is the second product from Chester & Cooke - we were bought a kindling box by our daughters a while ago which was also of very high quality. I can thoroughly recommend Chester & Cooke

Very professional company, a pleasure to deal with. I ordered a personalised seed box for my wife’s birthday and it arrived in super quick time and was a very good quality product. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the quality of my horse name plaque, delivered safely and in time aswell. Thank you Chesterandcooke!

I ordered two welly racks for family 2021 Christmas presents. The website is well designed and user friendly which made ordering easy. Both arrived in good time. The product / wood quality of these racks is superb. The joinery is to a high standard and beautifully painted. I had one engraved / personalisation which was very straightforward and looks fantastic. Both recipients were very pleased with their gift. Highly recommend. Great product and great customer service.

The elf was a great success - Ember (my friend’s black lab) ADORED IT I can’t stress that enough, her tail did not stop wagging . She couldn’t leave it alone once we’d given it to her. She loved it.

Dog aside, it was a lovely gift idea, my friend loved the soap and balm. Great customer service with a personal touch.

Would definitely buy from Chester &Cooke again!

I’m SO pleased with my boys Stable Door Sign.
Excellent quality, really different style we have had many compliments!!
(I have passed on your details!)

Speedy dispatch - comes highly recommended from us.

Thank you x

I am delighted with my Chester and Cooke Welly Rack, Key Rack and Boot Jack. They are such good quality and they will make great prezzies for Christmas. My family will love them 😃

So pleased with the seed box, I’m sure the recipient of the box will be just as delighted with it as I was choosing it for them.

Absolutely love my seed box. The engraving is beautiful. It is actually a deep engraving, not just a surface sandblast! The box is well made too. Had a special request on the lettering, included a message in my order and got a response within 10 minutes of placing my order!! Without a doubt I would order from Chester & Cooke again. It is obvious that they take pride in the quality of their products and service.
