Chester our cheeky Jack Russell was an excellent mascot for our brand, capturing everything we wanted to portray, oozing quality and presence. (although we do say so ourselves). It looks great and is excellent quality, we chose to have it personalised which really sets it apart from any others I looked at.
I asked a question before I purchased it which was answered promptly within 10 minutes and the item was delivered within the time specified.

Beautiful quality items. So well constructed and made to last years.I love my garden plaque with the personalised inscription, plus seed box, herb planter window box with seeds,tool rack and boot jack. The soap on the rope doggie shampoo smells lovely……look forward to using that on my little yorkies.. everything is so environmentally friendly as well.. a big plus. Website is gorgeous and easy to navigate plus friendly and helpful owner. Deserves more than 5 stars.

Fantastic products - I wish I had found this seller years ago. I love the fact that the service you receive is so personal. From the lovely handwritten note in with my parcel to the emails received.
