⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I cannot recommend The Cycle Hub highly enough. I took in an older road bike from a well-known brand that had been off the road for some time, and from start to finish the service was outstanding.
Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. After assessing the bike, the team took the time to go through every aspect of the work that was needed, explaining the costs involved, why each repair or replacement was necessary, and what options were available. There were no surprises, just honest and transparent advice.
Everything was explained in simple, easy-to-understand terms, without any technical jargon, which made me feel completely confident in the work being carried out. The team (Willl) were friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping me get back on the road.
If you're looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and customer-focused bike shop, I would highly recommend The Cycle Hub. Fantastic service from a great team.

I went to the cycle hub with a few issues and a bike I had completely lost confidence in! With just a few weeks to go before my race season started, it was definitely a panicked time for me. However, the lads at the cycle hub were extremely helpful trying to get me on my bike as soon as possible. From the day I first went to the shop, I had the bike back on the road within 5 days all due to the efforts of the full team at the cycle hub. Since the work has been done the bike feels so much faster and more reliable.

I asked about a Mondraker demo bike and the guys were refreshingly keen to help and got a demo bike for me in about a week.

The guys were really helpful and patient, it really felt like nothing was too much trouble.

After several months of searching and an amazing demo bike I bought the Mondraker bike.

I can't recommend the team at Chester Cycle Hub highly enough. My hardtail was due a new chain/tyres and a gear adjustment; fortunately their mechanic Jude spotted a serious problem with my back wheel which I hadn't noticed, that issue was resolved and my bike is back on the road running perfectly. These guys are the best in this area in my opinion, friendly and very helpful; they really know their stuff and are worth a visit, they really go above and beyond expectations!

Communication prior was very good, I received good info and advice before I arrived. As I walked in it was not your usual sales pitch like most places, which was great rather more of a chat about bikes. The lads were eager to help out and fitted a new cassette for me, no charge. Ideal as I needed it for a weekend coaching. Great LBS which I will be using more often. Thanks CCH.

Oh my! This is the ONLY place to buy a bike! Such great, personal service and advice. Nick helped me select the perfect bike for my needs and then delivered it to my home! He fitted a dog carrier for me, brought me a selection of helmets to try. The whole experience has been GREAT!

I recently bought a new BMC Road bike after having had the demo version for a couple of rides. I am very happy with the bike and the 5-star service by the friendly staff. Chester has now got a cycling shop that is a 'community hub' and feels like more than just a place where you buy stuff from. The idea of a coffee bar and group rides is a far cry from Evans, Halfords and others in the area. If you love your bike(s) then this is where to go.

They listened to what I wanted in a bike and personalised my new Mondraker ebike exactly to my needs. They have real enthusiasm for cycling in all its forms and this is evident in how they run their business.

An excellent, fast and reliable service for bike repairs. They have done a couple of jobs for me over the last 18 months or so, ranging from a basic service, to a virtually full rebuild on a favourite old frame.
