Received items worth £279 and trying to return as the prints are scary and devilish. No returns address on site, I’ve emailed several times with no luck. I need a refund asap!!

This is the worst material I have ever bought. It’s hard polyester type fabric and just so grim. I wonder how much they’re laying influencers but I have been seriously duped.

Scam site. Pretends to be French but actually Chinese. Ordered a month ago and not received

Again like so many others I have been duped by this company, seduced by the attractive Instagram images and website. My order took 3 weeks to arrive. When I chased them I was sent tracking info starting with the items production in China, alarm bells started to ring! I never buy fast fashion, these products are poorly made, cheap polyester and most importantly are knock offs. The only thing I can say in their defence is that they have responded to my emails but give the same answer that they can only offer me 60% refund. I might have to take them up on this offer as I’m worried that they’ll just stop responding. Gutted.

I placed an order almost a month ago and I still have not received it. I requested a refund as I will no longer be at the location where my items were meant to be delivered but this was rejected. In the latest email I have been told my things should be with me within an additional 3/4 weeks which is ridiculous. Do not waste your time, order from a more reputable site.

I would not recommend purchasing from this brand. The fabric description on the website was not accurate and the quality of the item I received was very cheap considering the $60 price tag. The company address is listed as France but shipping took at least 3 weeks and came from China. They say they offer returns but not if an item is discounted which is not inline with UK consumer law for online selling (and they discount everything so in reality they do not accept returns!). I had a long email exchange before they eventually gave me a refund.

no response from customer service, over a month and no parcel nor no update from odd tracking number - scam. do not buy you will not recieve.

This website is not even worth 1 star, it is absolutely horrendous.
Customer service takes a week to respond and I have now been waiting 30 days and the item has not even been shipped.

If I could give NO STARS… I would. DO NOT ORDER from this company… I paid £43, 2 monthes ago and I have not received my order. I wish I had checked the reviews first. This company is a SCAM

I thought I bought a good quality dress and after 3wks wait it arrived and look like fast fashion . Terrible , don’t buy !

Gutted I fell for this scam as I didn’t read these reviews before. Like everyone else says, clothes took over a month and are really poor quality. No garment labels, but don’t feel remotely like cotton. Am determined to get my money back with the help from my bank. Avoid!

SCAM!!!! As per all the other reviews I purchased an item that took nearly a month to arrive and when it did it wasn’t as described. Not linen and far too small. I now trying to get a refund and they are not responding to emails. Also their instagram account doesn’t allow messages or comments! Says everything! Contacting instagram to report the page! It’s just spam steer clear!

Trying to return two dresses very cheap finish and fabric. Clothes has holes. No body answer my emails. Clothes come from china, it took a month to arrive, this is a scam. It is not true that the company is French. We need response. I am contacting my bank now.

HOW TO GET A REFUND! This company is a scam. It’s insanely cheap rubbish, not from France. If you read their t&c’s they state if you’re in the EU you get a 14 day cooling off period where you can return the item and get a refund. This is the law in England if you buy online by the way. Also they state the fabrics are a mix of cotton/linen and polyester. The label reads 100% polyester on the product so there’s your second reason for a return, false advertising. Don’t fall for their ‘we’ll refund you 60% and you keep’, demand a full refund using these two reasons. Good luck 🤞🏼

Do not purchase this brand - I thought it was lovely got targeted on instagram and at the time they weren’t any review yet…
So the reality is I ordered something and it took 25 days to come though i paid 9£ delivery for “express shipping”, I had to chase 3 times to know where it was and received really poor update without any ETA. Then when finally received the fit is awful, way too small and the quality is not at all as per photo. It’s just cheap copy design. Don’t make my mistake just stay away

SCAM company placed order received a tracking number, when I tried to find out were my order was the tracking and order number do not exist. No reply to emails or social media messages. I don’t usually write reviews but please DO NOT BUY from this company!!!!!

It’s a scam. They ‘discount’ everything so when they don’t fit or when they eventually arrive and you realise it’s poorly made in average material, you can’t refund or return anything. Their response is that they don’t discount anything that’s ’on sale’ but will refund you 60%. Now they aren’t responding to me. Delivery takes 3-4 weeks. Don’t fall for it.
