Very happy with our sole mate purchase. I bought it as a gift for my husband's birthday and he loves it. Delivery (to UK) was very quick and I found the customer services team incredibly helpful when I had a couple of questions. We'd definitely recommend the sole mate

I am really struggling to like this chair, and I wanted to so much. I wish I could talk to someone about my concerns, however that appears to be impossible in the UK. Firstly I find the chair incredibly harsh and extremely painful on my spine with the cover off and not very good with the cover on. The rollers are very unforgiving and do not appear to be adjustable? I think I may have waisted a lot of money on a massage chair that just grinds up and down my spine and leaves bruises and discomfort. I do not know how people find this relaxing or even comfortable

This chair is amazing. Having that 10 min massage is life changing at work. The orange is more terracotta and perfect with cherry wood. The only negative with the chair is the seat is a bit to firm.

I ordered white as not a great colour selection, but was pleased to see it is more of a very light gray and so perfect colour for my living room.

They have a fantastic customer service team willing to jump in and help should you have questions and need help. BUY THIS CHAIR! I originally had the XChair and was underwhelmed with its “massager.” I came across this chair and knew I needed to give it a try, especially given the risk free trial. As soon as I sat in it, it’s way more comfortable. You just melt into it but still have support. And then the massage feature is a game changer. Nothing wimpy about it at all. GET THIS CHAIR!

i love my chair i was hoping the massage would be good and i was pleasantly surprised. It pinches your neck and just knows all the right points to hit on your back. The ability to lay back and work in different positions, allows strain on your back to be lessened.

I'm so happy with this purchase. I live with chronic illness and work from home. The pain relief the chair has given me on a daily basis after only having it a week is unreal. As someone who spends most of the day at a desk this has been a valuable investment. I am one very happy chappy. It's a magical chair! When i bought it i was hoping for it to be good at massaging and being a chair. Theres no problem on its main thing which is massaging. but for me, it is only ok as a chair. like it is comfy to sit at but the arm rest is too low for me and cant be adjusted. the height makes sense if your just sitting on it but when i work on my laptap for example the armrest becomes too low and my arms have no where to rest at. The chill chair customer support did try to help me on fixing my arm rest problem with it

super frustrated. Despite reviews this is NOT easy to put together! It’s is very heavy and unless you’re young or strong it’s hard work.
It is a nice massage but uncomfortable as a chair and not ergonomic.
I’ve been trying to pull it apart to send back. 3 people have tried and it’s impossible. We’ve watched videos and almost hurt ourselves trying. It will not come apart! This has been going on for 3 weeks.
They are refusing to send a return label because the pole is impossible to remove! They want me to get a handyman to pull it apart which will cost $200 and they’re refusing to pay for it!
The trial is NOT risk free!!! The support is delayed and in USA time- the Australian support is non existent.
Do not buy unless you want to pay $1500 for a chair that’s not suitable as an actual office chair!

I purchased the Chill Chair to help with back issues caused by my workouts. While there was a slight delay due to customs, the customer support team kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Once it arrived, the experience was absolutely worth the wait—the massages have been incredible and have completely relieved my back pain. Thanks to this chair, I can now work out more frequently without discomfort.

If you’ve ever considered getting a full-sized massage chair but don’t have the space, this is a fantastic alternative. I also picked up the Solemate, which they offered me a great deal on when buying both together. It’s not only amazing for foot massages but also ergonomically designed for sitting.

Overall, this has been a worthwhile investment, and I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with back pain.

Purchased a chillchair and received no communication regarding the order. I had to email to ask when it was being dispatched, and they replied saying it had been sent. It is now 3 weeks since date of purchase and nothing has arrived, no tracking provided, and most notably, NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE via email. I have emailed them multiple times to ask for an update and they have completely ignored my emails; gave them ample time to respond and haven’t heard back over the course of a couple of weeks. I wouldn’t trust their return policy either, if they won’t even deliver the product.

Ordered a chair last month and received a faulty unit where the massage rollers didn’t move. Customer support informed me that it was a motherboard issue and said they would send a replacement part—along with a video instructing me to fix it myself. It has now been 20 days, and the chair remains completely useless.

For a premium-priced product, I find it ridiculous that I am expected to repair a faulty unit instead of being provided with a proper replacement. Extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.

An issue occurred during the ordering process, but Rey on their Customer Service team was very helpful in getting it resolved in a nice and professional manner. As for the issue, turned out that there was typo on the form that they were able to identify quickly, thanks!
