Ordered replacement button for car…
Ordered replacement button for car climate control system. Used PayPal and payment was sent but I got no confirmation of shipping. Tried to communicate with company without answer. Filed complaint with PayPal. Company sent through PayPal a tracking number that was not valid. Item finally arrived by US mail two weeks after order. Item was satisfactory but communication from company was so poor I would never order from them again.

If I could rate this fraudulant company right down minus 1 I would , took my payment ,thank you very much then not a word no contact no product, pay-pal said it was my fault for waiting over a month, due to covid In good faith I gave them time ,PAY- PAL WHERE COLD AS ICE and refused to disassociate from hosting this crooked company, the name speaks volumes China-TERRA. BE WARNED.

I paid for some chisels on 11th of may 2020.the tracking number is useless . It says that the parcel arrived at Ireland airport on the 6th of June and I am still waiting for it on the 3 th of July .

Ordered 2 wire chopping board racks…
Ordered 2 wire chopping board racks that took 5 weeks to arrive. Came together wrapped in bubble wrap in plastic bag but both totally out of shape and paint coating falling off the wire frames.
Won't buy from them again.
