I absolutely adore the Sences diffusers purchased from Chloe Jade. They’re amazing and smell lovely. I now have them all over the house in the Onyx and Citrus versions.
Chloe Jades price was very competitive and offered a discount for repeat orders.

I would like to say how well packaged my order was ,the correspondence was very good too .
I ordered the natural stones with the scented oil ,the glass pots and stones are beautiful,as is the oil ,but it doesn't smell of anything in my rooms at all ,was a little disappointed.maybe the diffusers are strongerin scent but I would not recommend the oil for the stones

This was my first purchase but will certainly not be my last, I absolutely love everything about my new diffuser i bought the White Extra Large Alang Alang for my kitchen and the smell is amazing, as soon as I walk in from outside I can smell it, love it

Lovely product but the packaging is probably not so climate friendly .. I ordered a plastic/glass tea tray which came in a big box and with plenty of polystyrene bubbles .i am not too sure why we needed that. The product is great but i would like them to think more about how to reduce their carbon footprint.

If you’d like a tray with a stuck on decal and lots of bubbles, jump in. If not, keep on looking. Cheap with a capital CHEAP

I had order from them previously, was very happy with my purchase, so I order few other items again. On my second order. Auto fill on my phone, mistakenly added my previous address as shipping address. I obviously panicked as I now live miles away. Contacted costumers services explaining my issue. They responded same day with a resolution for my problem. A week later, I received my order, and again I must say I am over the moon with my new purchase. Items were alot bigger than expected, specially the astray. Will definitely be buying again from them an highly recommend. Costumers services were swift with their responses. Delivery was within the 7 working days.
