The handles are superb and their finish…
The handles are superb and their finish and quality way above our expectations. One tiny niggle is that the alignment of the bolt holes was off on two out of the three sets of handles we purchased (take note for the final check!)

Poor return and refund process
The return and refund process is extremely slow and the cost of postage (£4.80) is not refunded. So, I ordered two items on 5 September, returned the order (another £4.05 postage) to their premises on 15 September, had to email to chase the refund twice after broken promises and even now I’m still having to wait up to a further 10 days for the refund to reach my bank.
All in all, this experience has been a waste of time and money so unless you really know the product you’re ordering well, I really wouldn’t use this company as the returns process simply isn’t adequate for online selling.

We clearly state on the website that we dont offer a free returns service and it's the customers responsibly to send the goods back that are not required.
We advise that refunds can take up to 10 days to process as we can sometimes get a large number of items returned back to us.
I can see from our system that we received the goods back from you on the 15th and a refund was issued to you on the 22nd.
As your refund has been issued, i cannot see why it would take an additional 10 days to get your money back as once the refund has been processed, it would usually arrive back in to your account within 24 hours. If the bank is holding your money for this long i would suggest to contact them as there is no reason on this end for the hold up.
I feel this review is unfair, as we clearly followed the proceed on our website and feel the only reason you can justify leaving a bad review is that you had to pay the postage to return the goods.

If you have an issue fitting the handle, please get in contact as we will be more than happy to guide you.
I am little confused about the comment regarding the design as each door knob has an 8mm spindle bar hole on the back of each knob which should be easy to fix to to spindle provided with the knobs, there may be an issue with the latch that was already fitted to the door.
