Customer service was very welcoming and Linda was great, Treated us like family members and was in regular contact while she found us what we were looking for. The service was excellent, from viewing and test drive, through to finalising the deal. I pointed out a couple of defects which were dealt with professionally (I did view the car before it had been prepared)

Linda was & is so helpful in making my purchase. Always there to answer any questions, made the process of buying on line seamless. On arrival ( by train) Linda was there to meet and drive to the dealership. Instantly I was put at ease seeing a professional business with good quality stock and friendly staff . Everything was explained about the new truck including Toyota warranty, full service, mot making it a jump in and drive off with no worries. I collected my new pick up yesterday & Im really pleased with it & the whole buying experience.
This is the first vehicle I’ve ever bought on my own, I’ve usually either gone with my dad, husband or son because as a woman I’ve always found it an intimidating experience - not the case at CH Renders, right from my first call, I was treated with respect & at no point did I feel like I was been patronised or being taken advantage of. Linda was absolutely fantastic & made the whole buying experience a real pleasure.
I would recommend to anyone & will certainly be using them again.
The pickup itself is excellent, came with MOT, new tyres & full valet & some warranty & I would feel able to contact them if I had any problems or questions.

I bought a Hilux from C H Render. Really nice to work with even when things got a little complicated with my trade-in. Had a problem with the Hilux I bought that they couldn't have known about beforehand and they sorted out very quickly.

Linda & Dan were helpful right from the start, when i was browsing on the forecourt. Dan gave me some useful information on the Ford Rangers and Linda helped with the purchasing of the vehicle which went very smoothly. I felt like they were very easy to speak with and offered good advice compared to others i had visited over the last few months. The Ranger is immaculate and I'm looking forward to driving the pick up.

I was looking for a 4 x 4 pickup, great choice on show and the lady that showed me round couldn't be more helpful. No hard sales. Just very clear and professional.
