Slightly delayed order but at no fault to the shop who very kindly refunded me my postage and were very quick to resolve the issue and have my order to me in pretty quick time considering parcel force loosing the first parcel. Items exactly what I needed too, very happy customer 😀

Wait too long for item.
My only issue was the week wait for my item. Where as the site says dispatched next working day, mine took 3 days to dispatch and then another 4 to get to me. I will use them again though

Freight cost from UK to Europe are…
Freight cost from UK to Europe are possibly killing business with the EU but by choosing UPS as carrier delivery time and freight costs are doubled. In the past I noticed that the UPS performance in Germany is poor. This time they announced for mid of last week and then postponed several times. Proposal: why not choosing DHL for shipments to Germany?
Sorry just one point for late delivery (11 days) and extreme freight costs.

Thank you for your feedback, As advised previously, we are working hard to bring down delivery costs and as you are aware delivery charges are calculated using the weight of the package and destination, we make no profit on any delivery charge and only charge the customer what it costs us. Our delivery fee is also shown twice prior to payment of an order, therefore it is at the customer's own decision whether to complete a purchase or not. Also customs delays are out of our control and we take no responsibility for these delays.
We're sorry you feel that UPS are expensive since brexit, however please check back with u soon as we will be using new couriers for our european deliveries.

Pink cups
