I never received the item and have been unable to contact the company...

Items never turned up, no one replied to emails. Still not had a refund

Still waiting after 4 weeks

Ordered items, took my money immediately, a week later no delivery. Website has now been taken down so I assume they've gone bust. Will have to go to credit card for refund. Dishonest and disreputable.

Terrible business. Placed an order never got an order confirmation sent through even though money came out of account. Sent several emails and attempted to do live chat all with no reply. Had to try calling them but guess what number wrong but told on voicemail message to send email or live chat. Company not seem to know they’re posterior from their elbow. Had to go to bank to request my money back.

Placed an order online. Never got an order number to chase my order up. Attempted to call on several occasions only to never to get to speak to anyone.

Attempted to speak to speak on customer chat still waiting after 7 days for a reply. Had to go to my bank to get money refunded.

Ordered item that was showing in stock and paid extra for express delivery. Order acknowledged then nothing, tried to ring, sent emails to no avail. Left voice Mail still nothing. After 14days asked PayPal to step in. Eventually got a refund, then surprise surprise got an email from Christine’s to say your order has been cancelled. AVOID company like the plague. Customer service non existent.

Great product. Kept updated on delivery. Came on time.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago which hasn’t arrived, I contacted customer services twice to request a delivery date and I haven’t had a response either time. Very disappointing, doesn’t look like I’ll receive a reply let alone my order… will now be looking for a refund, please beware of ordering with this company and avoid!!

Extremely unhappy with the service. Order not arrived and no update in the status provided. Left voice messages and email messages but no response at all. Very poor customer service.

The order process was straight forward. However the customer service was non existent. I tried to contact this company to ask about a product not currently in stock to see if they would be receiving more stock in. And then tried again when my order had not arrived. No one from this company replied. I tried to call and emailed- no response. I finally received a notification from the delivery company when delivery would be - but then when it finally arrived some weeks after making the order it was late.

Tried to get in contact twice about a return since before Christmas and still yet to hear anything back

Lovely Quality items . very quick in delivering with all my order complete . would be ordering again and highly recommend Christine is on way to everybody .

Order an Ashley table lamp and glass sweet jar on 1st may receive the sweet jar really quickly unfortunately still Watford the lamp which cost over £200.00 have tried ringing them ,no answer, tried emailing no answer, tried to get money back from PayPal but because I signed for first shipment which was the cheap sweet jar there saying it was delivered. This company is a total scram do not use them,

Great items,, and came on time,, just a bit expensive for what it was
