I have been sending these letters for many years. I will be continuing this as we have a further two new additions to the family. Each of our grandchildren love them and are so excited when they arrive. They’re easy to do and just adding a friends name in there make it more special

I have used ‘Christmas Letters from Santa’ for several years now. Initially for niece’s daughters who lived in USA. They looked forward to their letters and were relieved when they got confirmation as to their status on ‘The List’. Including friends names was also welcome. They have grown older now , however I’ve continued the tradition with my grandsons who welcome theirs letters with the same enthusiasm. The multiple choices for paragraphs is helpful to ensure they never receive the same letter.

I decided to send 3 separate letters to our grandchildren so they each had their own personalised letter from Santa. At 7,6 &5 they absolutely loved it. They were so excited & eager to share this magical moment with Nanny! The letter arrived early December with no trouble. I would definitely recommend this to anyone….

My daughter was all excited to hear that's santa sent her a letter for Christmas and how he gave her a colouring sheet aswell and that she got her toy kitchen so was well worth it well please with it thank u

Really good amount of detail in the letter and could personalise in different ways (eg we included something about our new pets which made their day!). Letter was nicely printed and arrived promptly. Add on were a little expensive for what they were (eg £1 for a single temporary tattoo) so not as good value for money.

I ordered one for my granddaughter and it was brilliant!! She was delighted and the badge was so lovely. Received it at the start of December and no problems whatsoever. Will definitely use this site again.

My Grandson was over the moon when he received Santa's letter, very proffesional looking, especially with the seal stamp.

My Son and Daughter inlaw were very impressed also.

Will now order again, next year, and also another for his younger brother.

Order a letter for my Wife, she loved it lol. My Granddaughter was upset she didn't receive a letter, so I set about ordering 3 more. I adjusted the wording for each letter and had them sent. The first round didn't arrive (no fault of Letters from Santa) ask for reprints and they arrived 3days later.

My Grandson was on the verge of staying up waiting, to prove Santa didn't exist, and in the letter I had opted for the 'remember Santa doesn't deliver presents to children who are not asleep' text haha. He read it, and was mortified that Santa knew. Perfect Save.

Very disappointed i ordered 2 letters. 1 being a first Christmas one. I ordered them at the beginning of November and paid extra for them to come early. 1 of the letters came but woth none of the extras that I again paid extras for, i emailled the company to be told that they were sorry they would be sent out again. I never got the 2nd letter and still dont have it now, the 2nd letter was the 1st christmas one. I should have had 2 letters both with; good child badge, good child certificate, activity pack and envelope with wax seal. Will NEVER use again

This is 3rd year I got Santa letter for my 5yr old Grandaughter.She loved it.I certainly recommend this as you can personalise it & the extras are worth adding in too.

Ordered in November and arrived in good time for Christmas. I had ordered a letter and a good list certificate but got 2 copies of the letter instead - not a problem as I intercepted them to check them anyway after reading a couple of reviews that said they received the wrong letter inside. Letter itself was very nice with the seal and I liked the personalisation. Not the best attention to detail on what was ordered but the product was really nice, created a special moment on Christmas Eve (and means I have a spare for letter my daughter’s memory box should her little brother get his hands on the original!)
