Not our first rodeo with this company, multiple orders in and we have always been satisfied. Their quick return option makes it safe and secure to buy jewelry for others as if there are sizing issues, you can exchange products fast.

I have ordered multiple items on the 19th December 2023 worth almost 14'000 USD and don't have the products neither the money two months later. What I do have by now is legal threats, so if that's what you're looking for - this is your company.

In the first email I received on the 19th December, Yori Nomura told me that there is a delay in shipping and it will take 4-6 additional days for shipping, which was fine for me.
Over the course of the next 4 weeks I had to write 10-15 emails to get a "we apologize for the delay" every third email with no real deadline set for the products to be shipped out. When I finally told them on 19th january that I will cancel my order if the order does not get shipped within the next few days, I will have to cancel the whole order since most of the items were 22k gold gifts I needed for my (now) fiancée and there were some smaller .925 silver items for my personal use, just so we have some jewelry with the same aesthetic. Oh wonder, the items got shipped on the 22nd january.

The package was supposed to arrive on the 25th january and was marked as delivered on the 25th january but was nowhere to be found! I contacted Yori again at this point letting him know my issue and he contacted UPS for an investigation. It took them 1 day (on 28th january) to progress with the claim and the tracking shows that the claim has been issued to the sender for my package - Either the seller sent the order to a wrong address because or UPS truly lost my package. I have contacted the seller multiple times since then, gave them my crypto-wallet for the refund (the same way I have paid) but have gotten nothing but excuses for why the refund has not been issued yet.

I provided a second wallet for them to pay me out but instead of refunding me I was offered a replacement order with an additional 15% off which was worth nothing to me at this point since one of the items (the 22k ring) was supposed to be used for my engagement proposal which has already taken place at the end of January.

I had to contact the retailer multiple times but I am not getting any answers on why my refund is taking so long or what the issue is. Seller is very intransparent and very slow and now they have my money and UPS's money.

After 3 mails this week (monday, wednesday and friday) I have received one feedback on friday afternoon that they will check why my refund has not been issued yet. I will update the review when I have more information to provide.

Update 14.02.2024: I have provided all the necessary evidence to Trustpilot. The company is saying I manipulated the tracking and they have evidence that I'm trying to defraud them and they will proceed with legal actions if I do not take down the review. I have asked for the evidence and they are not willing to cooperate with me and said they will leave the rest of the communication to their legal department. I doubt that the company has a legal department.

I am now sitting here with USD 14'000 damages and no products while they have received a claim from UPS. Clearly this company is fraudulent. I recommend not to buy from this company. I will try to press charges but I highly doubt that this shady company somehow is reachable.

I am satisfied! The craftmanship and skill that has been put in creating such amazing jewelry is insane. They did us great and we are very happy.

Generally cheaper than the retail stores and with the shopback rebates. However, no longer shopback rebates and wish there were more varieties.
