Customer service was excellent.

Along with it would seem loads of people, I placed an order on Black Friday. As a result, lead times for bespoke sizing were longer than expected advertised Via email I changed my mind twice until there was a stock item that I wanted, customer service were fantastic in making whatever changes to the order I wanted with no questions asked.

Have purchased from Chupi before and will do again.

I am a long time customer of Chupi as I bought a necklace with my initial disc a few years ago, I then bought my daughters initial disc to add to my own after she was born and I wear these together everyday. I recently contacted Chupi to ask if I could buy the stars in the sky disc to add to my existing chain but was told they could not sell the disc on its own. I was very disappointed by this as I do not need a second chain, I only wanted the disc to add to my existing one.

Their engagement rings are extortionately overpriced- for what I was quoted in Chupi I got a far superior quality diamond elsewhere. Make sure to shop around.!!

I have never in my life had such a pleasure of corresponding with customer care team! My items were stuck at customs and the team took over the whole process of making sure that items are delivered back to the studio for the Clean up! They were responding super fast to any query I had. Wish every company had such an amazing team that is always very nice and responsive! Sure thing will be buying agin!

This was one of the nicest purchacing experineces I have had in a long time. I was dealing with a really sweet girl called Mollie. She made the whold experence run very smooth. I was informed all the time of the status of my purchace, and she even pulled a few stringes to get a lighter colloured dimond in the ring which was an added bonous. I purchased my engagement ring from Chupi and was very impressed at the whole process. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the person who helped us at the appointment in the Dublin store but she was very helpful, put together a collection of rings based on the style I was interested in, and then waited patiently while I agonised over them all. I later contacted customer services and Nadia was able to expedite the ring for collection when I was next in Dublin which meant I didn't have to worry about it in the post. Mollie in customer services was also very helpful in setting up a discount on wedding bands as it was bought during the offer window.
On top of the excellent customer services, probably most importantly the ring is really beautiful- I had been looking at rings for a few weeks before this and everything was starting to look the same. The attention to detail in the band is probably what stands out to me compared to other jewellers.

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I got a necklace from my boyfriend 2 years ago, which I wear every single day and love so much. It had turned a little bit bronze-ish. I was going to Dublin for holidays, so I checked with Chupi in advance to see if I could bring it into their store to see what they could do to clean it up. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They send my piece back to the Atelier to get cleaned up and replated so it would look like new. I also don't live in Ireland anymore and they were so accommodating in sending it abroad free of charge. Absolute impeccable service and amazingly beautiful pieces of jewellery. Special call out to Maria for providing such great customer experience.

I ordered the midi disc necklace with an initial. Initially FedEx lost my package but right when I got in touch with Chupi customer service they took over and launched an investigation. They even went ahead and sent me a replacement, which came very quickly while they dealt with the other order on their end. They also made sure to communicate with me every step of the way even ensuring that I received the necklace when it was marked as delivered. I will never take the necklace off- it is dainty and beautiful- perfect for everyday. I would definitely order from this company again. Thank you!
