The most disgusting courier service. Driver didnt know proper English. My wickes parcel damaged. When called no proper customer service. The gentleman I spoke to was rude and uncooperative. Never will use this service.

For a start it was refreshing that you could actually speak to someone in person. Had quite a complex delivery required and the customer service team understood my requirements and how was the most efficient way to book this in. Everyone I dealt with were very helpful and the service was very prompt

Absolutely brilliant - excellent driver
Absolutely brilliant. I haven’t really crossed paths with City Sprint before recently but each experience has been fantastic. Most recently, I had a fence panel swapped out today (from Wickes) and they used City Sprint. The driver was absolutely fantastic, polite, respectful of property and friendly. She even helped me swap the panels which I thoroughly appreciated. I phoned the Guildford branch to give positive feedback but I’ll also leave it here so others and management can see what an excellent driver they have. Her name was Sally-Anne (GF65). Lovely lady. Top marks. Goes the extra mile. Thanks again. A+++++++ :-)
