The courier was extremely helpful and friendly. I asked for advice on installing my fence panel and he quickly showed me how to do it which I appreciate was above and beyond. Made my day.

Lovely delivery driver who delivered order from Wicks
Ordered some wood for garden beds from Wicks had delivery today in morning by a very lovely polish delivery driver he was very helpful, polite and we had very nice conversation, he delivered wood through back gate as asked and stacked wood very nicely in the garden ! I didn't catch his name however please pass him 5 star review !
My order number is 72236223 and signature was left as TP so not sure if that's the delivery driver initials but please pass him 5 star

Wickes Delivery - Early and Friendly
I wasn't too happy when I was informed yesterday that my Wickes delivery would be made between 10:00 and 15:00 today, as it would inevitably mean sitting around waiting for five hours for the delivery to be made...
But, I need not have worried as...
Fortunately, I had been following the "Live Tracking" webpage, which showed that my delivery was going to be made considerably earlier than expected, and was actually here at around 09:15.
My thanks to the Peterborough Service Centre delivery team (PE79) of driver, Lee, his assistant Lesley, and their very laid-back dog (Whose name I cannot recall...!!) for being early, and extremely friendly.
Well-done Citysprint Peterborough. I wish that all courier companies employed such friendly and dedicated delivery teams as Lee and Lesley...!!!
I only have one minor gripe though, and to be frank is quite important that you try to do something about it...
Why, when the delivery driver rings a customer, and said customer doesn't pick up that call, does the phone number that is left on the customer's phone, as a "Calling Number" not actually give the Driver's Phone Number, but, an apparently "Random" unmanned number located in Medway (i.e. 01634 729362)...???
Please take a look at the "who called me" website regarding the above number, and you will see why...!!!

Driver knocked on door and was very pleasant and left the product exactly where I asked him while he waited for me to put my dogs away.
Usually delivery drivers drop and go.
