Friendly and helpful people. Process so far has been simple, all I've had to do is be talked through what is involved, fees Etc. then electronically sign a form. Documentation sent straight away by email and they keep me fully informed. Rachel was the young lady that dealt with me, couldn't have been more patient and helpful. Just wait now for the outcome of the claim
