I ordered a hat from this company and it was completely crushed when I received it. Even the plastic hat form was crushed. I didn't realize when I ordered it, that it was coming from China. It was sent in a plastic bag. No chance it would be undamaged by the time I received it. Based on their return policy, getting a refund is a total headache. Based on other reviews, others have experienced similar problems. I would warn others about making purchases with this company. Buyer beware.

Absolute rubbish sent dress 4 sizes too big. Sent it back £25.90 postage.
Customs won't deliver it to them. They said they are sending it back to me.
Going on since July. Lost £80.

This company was a total lie and rip off.The crap that arrived was not even worth donating.I tried over and over to get a refund and they kept on and on with no results.
I just wish I had done research before placing an order.I assume they are closing because they have been discovered as a scam.

I bought a dress online. When it arrived it was nowhere near as described. The pockets were not sen together, just 2 pieces of hanging material.
After much back and forth, I was offered a 40% refund on July 15. As of this communication 8/16/26 I have yet to receive it.
If I do not receive it this week, I will pursue leg a long remedies.

Clara’s Clearwater Beach. What a scam! I bought $160. Worth of “hand made blouses”. Refuse to refund me, refuse to provide a return address even when I said I would send the crap back to China myself. Offered 10,20 and then 30% refund. No refund coming and now email, website and all Clara footprint removed from internet completely. I asked Amex to pull the payment back and they gave me a hard time. I will straighten them out later today! SMH!

One star is one too many! This is a complete scam. the jumpsuit I received is definitely NOT what is shown. After many emails back & forth with picture comparisons, I was offered 20% refund. She claims to be "unique" and "not mass produced". I can promise you what I received is more than mass produced in China. JUST DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!

One star is ONE too many! Just like others, I'm angry with myself for not checking this company out before I ordered. Too good to be true... you bet! Clara is REALLY some rip off artist in China. I bought 2 items... one fit the other was WAY too small. Exact same blouse, exact same size. But somehow this was MY fault and returning it was at MY expense.
This is how AI summed up my experience--
"Clara offered exchange for $11.95, then a 20% refund to keep item, and finally a 40% refund to keep item."
I would not give them a penny more of my money.
It was an expensive lesson.

Less than one star. Trash. Negative stars, actually. Scam. Poor quality. Products are not from a trendy Clearwater Beach boutique, but from a Chinese importer in Jamaica, NY. Of course, final sale and not returnable. I won’t even donate to a homeless shelter. I’m just so mad at myself for not investigating this scam website. 😡

Total scam. Good thing I'm disputing it on my credit card and getting my $61 dollars back! The scrubs did come, but were SO SMALL and ridiculously thin fabric. When I contacted them (they did eventually respond) they wanted me to TAKE PICTURES to prove they didn't fit and stopped contacting me after that. HORRIBLE DON"T ORDER FROM THEM!!!

If I could choose zero stars I would. Completely untrustworthy business. Do not risk your money. Never received my order and have requested a refund twice. No response.

I wish I had checked this site prior to ordering on Instagram. I ordered a dress, the fabric was cheap and I wanted to return it but they said all sales were final. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Terrible experience. I wanted to change the size because the one I ordered didn't fit me and they told me I had to send them photos of how the clothes fit me when I was only asking for an exchange for M, not a refund. Horrible, not to mention that it took them more than a week to respond.

Complete scam artists ordered jumper in Jan 2025 , countless emails chasing and request /demand for refund still neither ! DO NOT USE !

I wish I could give a zero rating/stars...These guys are fraud and scam people. They take money for products that never arrive. They just run a website, collect money and never deliver any product. Please dont fall for their Tiktok adverts or website. STAY AWAY

They thieves, please so not order from them. They will hurry up to take your money but your items will never arrive. Please please dont buy from them.

Ordered a jumper over a month ago and did not ever arrive. Customer service not helpful in the slightest and will not refund me.

Do not trust these people.

I would give no stars if possible. What a waste of my £40.
No confirmation email confirming order. Emailed them every day since placing order with no response.
Don’t waste your time and money with these con artists!

Be warned, if you have to do a return you have to send to China at your own expense. They offered a 20% refund, but this never happened and their customer service is like talking to robots. Never again, AVOID.
