Fake!!! This company is not owned by a couple but some random dropshippers in a basement ! ! ! WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN.

Ordered a ring in May which has not been delivered, company blamed Evri! All I get is generic emails from them promising they are looking into it...
Bitter pill to swallow but I have been SCAMMED. Please don't waste your money like I have .

I have been waiting nearly 3 months for my order, several emails back and forth and still no order and no refund ! AVOID this so called company. They advertised as a small independent company which the certainty are not ! They also do not mention that it comes from China. I wish I had read the reviews first. £40 down the drain. 😡

I ordered 3 necklaces and a bracelet. When they arrived, they were so far from the advertised photos. broken clasp, tarnished medal, tiny cheap chains. Nothing like the advertised pictures. I'm so angry. I'm on SS and don't have a lot of money, but I was touched but her story. What a scam. I've send several email to contact them and haven't gotten any response. My fault, I should have read the reviews. Never again.

Easy returns ?????? On their website this is false‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️They asked me to send pictures of the ring….I sent them 3. The next email they said the shipping cost to return the ring are higher than the price of the ring and therefore not worth it‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Why do they claim to do EASY RETURN. Complete waste of my time‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I saw adverts on Facebook for this company, saying it was a family run business that was closing down and selling off its stock. There were pictures of a homely looking lady sitting at a desk hand making jewellery. I went online and found their website that had the same information. I ordered a ring. When it arrived it was miles too big, was made of the cheapest, brassiest metal, and the ‘stones’ were absolutely tiny-a poor replica of the advertised item. I tried to get a refund which they agreed to if I returned the item to china but they refused to cover the cost of the postage, which is very high from the uk. I feel completely duped and would advise real caution when dealing with this company. Incidentally, the company have just brought out their ‘new arrivals’ so they are clearly not closing down as advertised. I think this a scam.

I ordered a ring that was supposed to be silver, with gold coloured wire detail. I love unusual jewellery - and this was just that. However, I've worn the ring 5 times, and it looks awful. The gold coloured wire is now a combination of copper, silver and gold. The main part of the ring is discolouring and the 'silver' is coming off. It's a scam. The same jewellery is also being advertised under another name. Same story, 'having to close my jewellery store after 25 years, 80% discount to clear stock etc etc'. Don't waste your money!

Dreadful quality items, cheap market rubbish. Refused to refund me unless I sent the items back.. to China!
Do not touch with a barge pole. Total scam

The nice lady who creates and hand makes the jewellery which are actually made and shipped from china, complete scam ,utter rubbish,

Absolute scam, avoid at all costs. Cheap and rubbish quality earrings. Clearly mass produced and definitely not £100 down to £13 in a 'closing down sale'. I'm embarrassed to have fallen for it!

I would give no stars if I could. This is a complete scam and please no one buy from them. They note their address as London but returns must be sent to china. The quality is absolutely shocking - I wouldn’t have paid even £1 for the stuff if I’d known how horrific it was. Response from customer service extremely poor. Beware

So disappointed with this company, my earrings arrive from china in a cheap black plain box and they were broken, I’ve had a nightmare trying to get my money back.

Terrible pack of lies by this company, closing down sale is also on Claire site with a different woman in the picture! Bracelets Hasma Bundle costing £21.95 and saying they are reduced from £94.95 are for sale elsewhere for £1.18! They look a decent size in the picture but are more childrens than adults. They will not send me a return label and they are based in China...I can return the item myself or keep it and they will refund me 10%! They claim the products are made my the woman in the picture but they are cheap rubbish from China, I wish I could post my own picture on here to show the product I received. I am now going to have to claim my money back through my Bank.

Aweful quality. Initially very quick to respond to emails. Lulls you into a false sense of security. Said they were based in Norway. I have my doubts. The stuff came from china. I wanted to return because they got my order completely wrong. Then it all went quiet. No response to any of my emails after that. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY

Total scam!! AVOID at all cost. Items are cheap, nasty and plasticky and have a horrid pungent smell to them. Rings leave stains on your skin after only a few minutes. Ring sizes do not match and the necklaces are so small that they would struggle to fit a doll. This is a rip-off company with false advertising.

This is a scam. It is not a lady in the UK retiring but a Chinese company. I ordered a ring which took ages to arrive. It is a silver and gold ring but after less than two weeks the gold has all but disappeared and the silver is already very tainted. Don’t waste your money.

I have ordered 3 items and then did my research and discovered this is a scam site. Misleading marketing information saying she's closing down and portraying a lovely lady hand making the jewellery. This is far from the reality. This is Chinese cheap tat similar to Shein and Temu.
I contacted my bank who could see the payment pending, so I emailed twice asking them to cancel the order as it hasn't been shipped, but they ignored my emails and it's now been shipped.
My bank said they would take it up if the items are of poor quality and not as described.

This site is a scam. Not a lovely lady closing down her business. Return of a pair of hoop earrings that do not close is to China at MY cost. DO NOT BUY
