Clararose Jewellery 

Ordered ring and earings, and was very disappointed in quality and colour- gold more brass and one of the earrings broke immediately when I tried to put on. Customer service offered 2 options: full refund, if I returned goods to ‘china’ which would far outway original cost, or keep jewellery (broken and not as described in advert) for 10% refund. So ClaraRose can churn out inferior goods from China knowing fine well when complaints received, buyer will likely settle for a tiny refund or end up out of pocket if returning to China. Site mentions London base also but this is where they do their design and creativity to keep costs low apparently. Certainly wouldn’t recommend ClaraRose and would agree with previous reviewers that this may well be a ‘scam’ site, so buyers beware!!!!

Scam, do not buy! The jewellery did turn up but definitely wasn't handmade or silver. I had worn one of the rings as tbf was quite a pretty ring but made my finger go green. Not what it's supposed to be.

The jewellery is coming from China and the quality is very poor. They offer you 10% refund and you keep the jewellery or a full refund but you have to post it back to China. I would not advise buying from them.

This is a company who sets up saying the founder is retiring or going out of business then sells cheap crap jewellery showing massive discounts!! Also search Claire Rose Jewellery and you will find exactly the same stock!!!

Do not buy from Clara rose. I bought three items. Only 1.5 turned up. No necklace, only one stud which should have been a pair, and the earrings broke as soon as I attempted to wear them! I am trying to get my money back but the current response is ‘we can offer replacements but you need to pay the postage’ OR ‘we can give you 10% of your purchase back, but the jewellery needs returning’. They call these offers “a gesture of good will”. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Items nothing like photo. Very cheap products sent. Do not buy.

This companies trading LCR & FB TRADING LTD has had a 'Compulsory strike off action' by companies house. But they are still trying to trade through Instagram!

I ordered a Necklace and two pairs of earrings.
Absolute rubbish.
I wanted to return. Address in China.
Reluctant to spend more money returning the items.
Has anyone contacted the trade description act?.
It is a total scam.!!!!!!

Less than 1 star. Avoid like plague! I ordered a pair of hummingbird earrings. I was sent a tacky necklace the chain was all knotted and had S STEEL stamped on the end. I complained and was told I could keep it and then pay £9.95 p&p for a ‘free’ pair of earrings that I had already paid for. The alternative was for me to pay tracked. p&p to China at a cost of £10 to then get a full refund of the cost of the earrings. A scam! The returns policy and the ‘ if you are sent the wrong item, policy are not true. All lies! A dreadful con. Avoid at all costs!

Definitely not silver plated as advertised. Ordered two rings in the same size one is far too big both poor quality cheap and tacky. Two pairs of earrings nothing like advertised as silver plated and hand crafted, pearl earrings looked small and delicate just what I wanted, what arrived after weeks was a joke large bulking ugly earrings, the second pair the same. Requested a refund.

Poor quality - found identical items to those which were sent on TEMU for pennies - absolute con. Email requesting how to return for refund ignored 🤬 update: emailed saying if I paid a further £9.95 I could choose two items. So pay more money for more tat ?!? I wanted a refund

Total scam!!! The same jewellery is on Aliexpress, just £1 each,shame I didn't check it before buying,I assume now it won't be possible to return.

Awful jewellery like the sort you get in christmas crackers. Nothing like the photos

Absolute rubbish….waited ages for it to arrive and when it came it looked like it was from Poundland.. no doubt there will be no refund.. a complete waste of money.. it looked too good to be true and it was !!!

Absolute scam. Jewellery is cheap and nasty nothing like the images. Quality of something out a pound store Christmas cracker. AVOID don't waste your money.

Seriously poor quality, ugly jewellery, misleading advertising.... annoyed at myself for believing it was true.
Please don't waste your money it's cruel people take advantage and again I cross at myself for believing the scam.

My order took 3 weeks to be delivered & I was extremely disappointed when it finally arrived.
I was sent the wrong necklace, and to
make matters worse, the quality was very poor and not at all what was advertised.
I was totally misled by the product description. The jewellery looks so cheap & was shipped from China & not London as specified on the website.
I have sent several emails to request a refund, but just not getting anywhere.
Spent £30 on a load of crap that will be going in the bin 😡
