ZERO stars
You need the option to give ZERO stars. I opened an account a month ago and am still not able to access my account or set up payment info. The only way to access account is with phone number and voice code or text code, but I never received the security code. Multiple calls to customer service and they 'expedite' my issue to their IT dept but I never receive any help. My payment is due in 3 days and I get text reminders and emails daily that I need to set up my account but have no way to access my account. Worst customer service.

Are these ratings actually true? I have never heard of them until I went to a consultation at my dentist. Apparently they are one of the many financial loan companies that issue loans for dental work. Absolutely the worse company I have experienced. Unclear communication, no flexibility and certainly customers/patients are not top of mind. Perhaps I was just dealing with someone on the other side of a keyboard delaying his/her lunch hour. Thank goodness they showed the real service delivery before spending thousands of dollars.
