I would be leaving a bad review if Ronia hadn’t stepped in to help.
Upon arriving for our first shoe fitting for our child we were 6 minutes late due to the lifts at the shopping centre car park not working. I spoke to a lady upon arrival who informed us to sit down and if someone is free they will help but as we are late they are probably too busy to help. We told her we appreciate we are late but we have a 15 minute slot and are just looking for advice and a size . Ronia then appeared and asked if she could help as I informed her we had an appointment at three we are few minutes late for the first shoe fitting she seemed happy to help and the original older lady proceeded to shout at us infront of staff and customers that and I quote “I told you to sit and wait and if they are free they will help but we are 6. Minutes late and probably will be too busy”.
I responded that she was being rude and she ran off whilst ronia assured us she could help.

After that ronia was an absolute gem helping us with advice and finding a perfect pair of shoes for our boy who has just begun to walk and giving us the advice as first parents we need.
She handled the situation amazingly and luckily gave us the best first shoe fitting we could hope for as let’s face it is a big step for first time parents.

Had ronia not have been this way the original older rude customer assistant(I hope she’s not a manager) would have completely spoiled this experience for us and stopped us from coming back.

The staff in the Cambridge Store were brilliant and in particular, Ronia, who we believe is their youngest member of staff. She was so professional, polite and helpful when measuring and finding shoes for my 5 year old. Brilliant! Well done Ronia!! 👏 Thank you for your help. We’ll be back!

Went into the Cambridge store, looking to replace a pair of shoes. Masih was very helpful, asking questions and using that to zero in on a couple of styles. I was sorted and have a new pair that fit great and very comfortable for my wide foot. Great job. Thanks!

I visited the Cambridge Clarks store last Friday afternoon to look at shoes and had a great experience. The store was quite busy but very well organised, and the staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
I’ve been visiting this branch for around 20 years and the service has always been consistently good. Emma, the manager, was very professional and it’s clear the team works well together even when the store is busy.
Before posting my review I noticed a recent negative comment from someone who mentioned they previously worked at the store, which honestly surprised me as my experience was completely different.
Every interaction I saw between staff and customers was polite and professional. Cambridge is an international city and it’s great to see a diverse team working together and helping customers.
I will definitely continue visiting this store and appreciate the effort the whole team puts in.

I used to be Assistant Manager if this branch many years ago and also a massive of another branch.
I am appalled by the service I received yesterday, we went to look at shoes as my son wanted some shoes to the value of £100
I purchased a voucher and was horrified of the male and lady members of staff behind the counter.
They started talking in their language….howdo I know they were not talking about me.
I did say it would be nice if you spoke English, so I would if you’re talking about me.
I had to ask for a girl receipt
Definitely shocked how lower the standards are now with Cambridge Clark’s Shoes .

I had to get a pair of comfortable yet fashionable boots to wear with a specific dress to go to a BIG event -- I am making a speech at the Houses of Parliament quite soon and had fantastic help and suggestions from Masih at the downtown Cambridge store! He not only tracked down the right boots in the right size, which was a challenge since it was the end of a very busy sale and chaos reigned in the flurry of customers trying on and then discarding shoes all over the store on a Saturday afternoon! However, not only did he find me the correct boots in the correct size and helped me out with a shoehorn, he also recommended care products which will give a certain polished edge to the boots and protect against scuffing. Thanks so much!

Emma is the best shop manager ever in Cambridge. Honestly, she helped me change one pair of shoes into new one in two minutes. She is kind to everyone. I will always shop here and will recommend this shop in Cambridge. Many thanks Emma !

I went to Cambridge Clarks Yesterday; I had 5-star service with Rona and Ronia. They were patient and useful for choosing and selecting my best option shoes and bags.
At the end I bought 2 shoe cares which helped me a lot :).

We went to the store in Cambridge, Akash was very helpful. He greeted us with a friendly smile right away and made us feel welcome. He got our shoes very quickly and gave great advise. Would recommend!

Our visit to the cambridge store with Ronia was really easy. She was very kind to my two children and happily went to get more pairs and styles when the ones my children chose were out.
They are always professional and quick.

I bought another pair of original shoes online. Gorgeous navy blue and tartan . I’m a size 7 and often buy theses shoes for both comfort a the rich choice of colours. .They are really comfortable straight out of the box. No other make have I had the same success with. I have no hard skin to protect my feet, and other shoes usually rub blisters within a very short time.

Alec took the time to try on many shoes as my grandson’s feet have a high instep. Nothing was too much trouble. She reassured me that she had as much time as I needed and was happy to help. Truly a great experience.

Wonderful and professional service from Ronia! She very patiently and efficiently helped me find the pairs of shoes I wanted to try and detailedly introduced me to the cleaning products I needed! Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service!
I took my 4year old grandson to Clarks in Lion Yard Cambridge to buy his first pair of school shoes and white trainers.
We were met at the door by a lovely young lady issuing tickets for the children’s section and directed to the children’s area to await our turn. This took just a few minutes. Lydia was our helper. She professionally measured my grandsons feet and advised us that as he had very wide feet we should try a size up. I asked her to bring an assortment of styles. The first pair were too narrow but the second fitted beautifully and my grandson was very happy with them, especially the ‘dinosaur’ soles!
For the trainers, Lydia needed to source advice from a more experienced advisor as one size were too big and the other too small. Emma advised us to try with an insole….perfect!!
All together a very good experience….professional and efficient.

Attended Clark's Cambridge store at the end of August to buy new school shoes for my daughter. We were quickly helped by Rose who was very professional and took time to ask my daughter about here preferred style and checked that the shoes fitted properly. Very happy with the service we received.
