Great visit to Cambridge Clarks and first class service from Alec.

Alec is very knowledgeable about Clarks products and very engaging a professional.

She is also gentle and kind with young children.

The store was very busy with it being close to the children returning to school. Isabella dealt with us quickly and efficiently

We had a wonderful experience buying school shoes for our two daughters. Juan helped us and was amazing! We actually came in for one pair of shoes and ended up buying three pairs because he was so great to work with. Great store with great stock and an amazing worker named Juan !

I thought when entering Clark’s to get school shoes for my little one the weekend before school starts would be a nightmare but because we had booked a time slot I was pleasantly surprised! As soon as we walked in there was a man greeting us and asking us what we needed. When I explained I had an appointment for a child shoe fitting I waited around 30 seconds until a lovely lady called Samantha arrived. I showed her a picture of the type of school shoe I wanted and she promptly measured my daughter’s feet and chatted away with her. My daughter age 5 felt very comfortable straight away and listened to her instructions. She returned quickly with the exact pair we wanted that fit perfectly and then off we went to the till! It was the most efficient Clark’s experience I’d ever had especially with a 5 year old. When paying I explained how amazing the lady was and another colleague mentioned she was new to the job so I knew I had to write a great review for her! She really made my experience go smoothly and because of Samantha we’ll definitely be returning in a few weeks to get winter shoes. Thank you Samantha and Clark’s Cambridge!

Alex at the Cambridge store is a star! Ordered a pair of school shoes from the Cambridge branch, but had them delivered to a store more local to me. Unfortunately they arrived damaged but my local store (Huntingdon) said there was nothing they could do (no other sizes showing as available to order, apparently). Gave Alex a call and he couldn't have been more helpful! Apologised for the damaged shoes (even though nothing to do with him) and he organised a return and somehow found another pair online that he ordered to his store for collection. All the staff were incredibly friendly and positive when I collected the shoes (even though we collected on the last Sunday before school restarts!). Excellent store. Thoroughly recommend!

Excellent Experience at Clark’s Cambridge

Had a great experience at Clark’s in Cambridge while shopping for school shoes. Sophie served us and she was extremely helpful, friendly, patient, and quick. She made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere in the store was welcoming and efficient, and we were really happy with the service. Highly recommend!

Our assistant ( Kayla) was an amazing help and an incredibly kind and thoughtful person, she made the usually nightmarish trip to get school shoes a joy!

But… why does Clark’s ALWAYS have limited stock when kids are going back to school? This has been my repeated experience with 4 kids since they started school over 10 years ago. Surely sorting your supply chain with all the data and insight you have on the rhythm of the school year, kids feet growing in average a shoe size each year etc means you should have nailed this a long time ago. Shoes I needed were out of stock online and in store. Found some elsewhere. This is a reflection of Clark’s and their business model, not of the service I received in store which was very good.

Went to the Cambridge store today to buy my children’s school shoes. It was extremely busy but very well managed. We were issued a ticket as soon as we arrived and served by Sophie within minutes. Sophie was amazing. Very attentive and polite.
Very happy with the service we received today and would definitely be going back for future purchases.

I am a Clarks fan, had some issues with my trainers while visiting Cambridge and entered the shop for a quick look. Luckily, Abin was there, patient and helpful, so I walked away with a pair a brand new shoes, left my old ones there and never looked back. Congrats!

I visited the Cambridge store yesterday with my son and daughter to get measured for school shoes. Kayla served us and was absolutely fantastic - so kind and helpful, patient and thorough. We came away very happy with our purchases

Not been in to Clarks for years as I have a big age gap between my children.
My youngest is starting school so back to Clarks we went.
We visited the Cambridge store on Friday 22nd August.
No sooner had I pulled my ticket from the machine to tell me what no we were in the queue, a member of staff clocked the children and asked if we were looking for school shoes.
We hadn’t even made it to the kid’s corner, impressive.
We managed to pick up both school shoes and trainers (£25 for trainers bargain!!). We were in and out in under 30 minutes.
Chloe who served us was polite and helpful. My little boy doesn’t usually like having his feet measured so shoe shop visits can be stressful.
Not how I remember Clarks visits from the past - the waits used to be long.
Well organised and no stress. Well done to the Cambridge store.
