My things were shipped the day after I ordered them and arrived the day after that - very speedy. Particularly love the plum fedora, and found that it even has adjustable sizing with the hatband so can glue it to my head in a strong wind...

I visited the Ilfracombe shop with the intention of just having a mooch around because my eye was caught by the unique styling and colours of the window display. I ended up buying two beautiful large soft woollen scarves/throws, brown cord dungarees and a navy blue shift dress. The lady assistant was marvellous - offering helpful suggestions and feedback on harmonising the colours and styles. I think I spent just over £100, when originally I wasn't even looking to buy. I'm really happy with my purchases. I live in the soft brown dungarees at home, but when I go out I can sweep one of larges scarves around me. I've had compliments from neighbours and even the doctor's receptionist on the lovely scarves. So glad I found them - on a chance visit.

I placed a order in January nothing arrived I lost count of the emails I have sent and they couldn’t be bothered to reply I even tried ringing but no answer I would like my money back £30 but I really do not think I will be getting that a very unhappy customer

Magnetic scarves are amazing, so simple, no phaff, so warming, stylish and affordable. Every time I wear mine I get compliments. I have 5 in different colours and designs and have bought more as gifts. They're so unique that I'm taking a few to Australia as gifts. Customer service is great, quick delivery if you're looking for a last minute present.

The necklace looked cheap compared to the website photo. Want to return it but the flimsy packet it was in ripped when I opened it. Website tells you to return items in original packaging to receive a refund. I emailed Clathers to explain this but so far no response.

I had bought a top from the Watchet branch, the lady in there was very helpful. When I got home I was so pleased with it, I ordered another in a different colour. Arrival was supposed to be 2-3 I received in 2 days. Excellent service.

Really happy to see that the shelf prices match the website and they aren't overcharging just because they are located in a very busy tourist destination. Lovely shop with very friendly, helpful staff and I left with what I went in for.

Hadn't used this company before, but they had a really good range of products. I knew the kind of thing I was looking for (a resin disc-and-hoop necklace for my wife's birthday) and they had really good choices. Great value jewellery and delivery was flawless. Well-packaged and presented. Highly recommend.
