I placed a order in January nothing arrived I lost count of the emails I have sent and they couldn’t be bothered to reply I even tried ringing but no answer I would like my money back £30 but I really do not think I will be getting that a very unhappy customer

Lovely independent family business
Although I don’t live near a Clathers shop, we visit the area often and I always pop in and make a purchase. I’ve had some lovely pieces over the years. Recently I saw the magic shorts in an insta post. Although they were not on the website, Abby organised me 2 pairs and posted them, and they arrived this morning. Great service and the shorts are lovely, very, very pleased. If you’ve not yet been to one of their shops, try to get along, you won’t be disappointed.

Visited the Minehead store to purchase Mother's Day Jewellery and there were so many gorgeous pieces to choose from. The team were happy to assist me in picking out the perfect pieces and were so lovely and friendly. The store has a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere and the best selection of clothing in Minehead. I'd highly recommend visiting whether you're a local or holidaying close by.

I ordered a necklace and a pair of earrings both in the colour yellow, the earrings I received were wrong so you sent me another pair of earrings which were also wrong. The event my wife needed them for has since past.

First-time customer - would use again
Items look like the photos on the website and are well packaged for safe delivery. My only gripe was the time it took to arrive (ordered on the 3rd, received shipping notification on the 4th, and they arrived on the 11th). it may be worth using Hermes rather than Royal Mail as we're used to receiving everything so quickly nowadays. Having said that the necklaces were worth the wait and I would order from Clathers again
