À propos de l'entreprise

A tipple after work. Day-drinking in the sunshine. That big night out. What if you could do it all, and still embrace tomorrow? Life’s too short to drink responsibly. There’s too much to do out there. Too much potential to untap. Too many perfect days to drink up. So we think it’s time to drink and thrive. To dive into the ocean after a crisp G&T. To luxuriate on an Old Fashioned that’s actually on the rocks, a thousand feet high. To savour a cocktail that’s simply too good to “mock.” At CleanCo, we craft alcohol-free spirits that make your experiences immeasurably better, whatever your measure. Some say less is more, but we’re all about doing more with less.

Hi Thomas,
We’re sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy one of our products. As your review isn’t linked to an order, we’re not sure which of our range you tried, but it’s a shame it wasn’t to your taste.
Just to clarify, we don’t pay for reviews. Most of our reviews come from customers who order directly from our website and are automatically invited to leave a review following their purchase. These reviews have the relevant order number linked to them and will also show as “Verified”. Reviews from customers who purchase CleanCo through other stores are shown as organic reviews.
Our flavours are designed to be subtle and fragrant, so we recommend enjoying them as a double measure with your favourite mixer or in a cocktail (they're not intended to be drunk neat). Of course, taste is incredibly personal, and while our spirits have a strong following from people looking for a great alternative to full-strength spirits, we completely appreciate they won’t be to everyone’s taste.
Thanks for giving us a try.

Hello Wilma, we’re sorry again for the frustration caused by your delayed delivery. We responded to your email within an hour of receiving it and confirmed that your order had since been delivered. We were a little surprised to spot this review, so we gave you a call to make sure you hadn’t missed our email and that there wasn’t an issue with the delivery. During our conversation, you confirmed that the review was intended for Evri, following the repeated changes to your delivery date, rather than being about your experience with us - which we totally appreciate.
While the delivery side of things is outside of our control once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we’ll always do everything we can to help resolve any issues. Sorry again for the delay on this occasion, and we hope you enjoy your Clean V!
Not nice at all. Very watery
Awful taste and it seemed that flavours didn't mix and blend in.

We're sorry to hear Clean W wasn't for you, Barry.
Our flavours are subtle and fragrant, which is why we recommend enjoying them as a double measure with your favourite mixer (they're not intended to be drunk neat). That said, we understand that taste is very personal and subjective, and while many people find our spirits to be a great alternative to full-strength spirits, we appreciate they won't be for everyone.
Thanks for giving us a try.

This is far and away the best non alcoholic Tequila that I've come across. My Margarita, made with freshly squeezed limes and just one shot of "full fat" Triple Sec is absolutely delicious and, although not completely alcohol free, it's certainly a great deal lower than a traditional Margarita. Perhaps you could try to develop a non alcoholic Triple Sec too?

Thanks so much for the lovely review, Jay! We’re delighted you’re enjoying Clean T and that you’ve found your perfect margarita recipe. 🍹
A non-alcoholic Triple Sec would definitely be a great addition, although it’s not something we currently have plans for. We’ll pass your suggestion on to the team, though - you never know!

Hello Jayne, we’re sorry to hear you didn't enjoy our Clean G. Many find it the perfect alternative to a full-strength spirit, but we appreciate taste is subjective and our it won't be for everyone. Thanks giving us a try!

We're sorry you weren't happy with the delivery service – although, from the tracking, it looks like your order was delivered within 48 hours of leaving us. Party going
Haven't had any alcohol for several years now but found myself at parties and weddings getting bored of the regular soft drinks. Got a bottle of the tequila from CleanCo and it's made a huge difference! It looks like a normal bottle of tequila which stops the 'oh so you don't drink then' comments and questions but also tastes fantastic especially when mixed into a cocktail or with a lime and soda.

Great no alcohol G & T
Having to stop alcohol because of new medication I need, I was craving a G & T and was so disappointed by several no alcohol ones. Not with CleanCo! Refreshing with a bit of sharpness.
Easy ordering and fast delivery!

Disappointing
Pro: Arrived as expected in box that kept the bottle well protected.
Con: The CleanCo vodka is supposed to have notes of rye, wheat, orange, ginger, pimento and cinnamon. It's designed to be made with a mixer. When i opened the bottle all i smelled was cinnamon. That wasn't a good sign since i was making a cosmo. Mixed my cosmo up...100% cranberry, key lime juice, fresh squeezed orange. Took a sip...oof. In the front and middle of my palate all i tasted was the mixers, nothing else. At the back of my palate was all cinnamon. When i swallowed, it burned going down like concentrated fresh ginger or pepper. I let my cocktail breathe for a few minutes then sipped again. Nope. Same tastes in the same places in my mouth.
I'm really bummed. I like my evening cocktail, but it messes with my sleep and so i figured non-alcoholic vodka would be the perfect replacement.
This isn't it. It's not even close.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really sorry to hear you didn't enjoy Clean V, especially as you were hoping it would be a good non-alcoholic alternative for your evening cocktails.
Taste is incredibly personal, and everyone picks up on flavours differently. While we're proud that Clean V has a strong following of fans, we completely appreciate it won't be for everyone.
If you haven't already, we'd suggest experimenting with the Clean V measure and using a little less spirit with more mixer, as you may find a lighter serve better suits your taste.
We're really sorry it wasn't the alternative you were hoping for, but we genuinely appreciate you giving it a try and sharing such detailed feedback.
