Impressive service provided by ClearRay Solar!
I purchased an additional battery for my Sunsynk LifeLynk system. The price was very good value and it was delivered two days later. It was also brand new stock (manufactured April 2026). In addition, questions by email were answered in minutes.. Even on a Sunday! They clearly care about the customer experience and I will definitely buy from them again.
Excellent communication from Gary of Clearray. The product they stock are of excellent value and reasonable delivery price. A great company to purchase from.
My second order from ClearRay Solar. Their prices are very competitive, the website is easy to follow and the ordering process is a breeze to use. Delivery service is fast and no nonsense with full updates sent at every stage of progress

I don't bother to write reviews, especially for the big companies, but since these guys haven't got that many, I wanted to let other possible clients of my experience.
They were brilliant for communication, I literally had another company cancel my order, so before I placed the order, rang up, and they answered quickly the phone, confirmed item was in stock and delivery date. They do have a cut off time, which they also tried to accommodate my order, as I was just an hour late. I ordered 6 solar panels and they turned up packaged really well.
When you look at the overall picture, customer service, price and delivery time, couldn't be happier.
I would recommend these guys to anyone who's looking for any "solar" related bits.
P.S. Thank you Gary for being so helpful with my order and also ringing back to confirm delivery date, good customer service is a rarerity nowadays, so that was much appreciated.
Fantastic from start to finish. Good prices and great service. Everything arrived when they said it would and one faulty panel was sorted without any hassle. Would definitely buy from these again.

We're sorry the order had to be cancelled. Unfortunately, shortly after the order was placed, our supplier withdrew the Fox CQ7 product line, meaning we were unable to fulfil the 42kWh storage bundle.
We began processing the order immediately. The order was placed and paid for at 21:30, and by 21:37 — just 7 minutes later — we had confirmed that our supplier could no longer supply the product and issued a full refund.
Rather than hold your funds or leave you waiting while we tried to source a product that was unavailable, we felt the fairest and most responsible thing to do was refund you straight away. There was therefore no delay on our side in processing or refunding the order.
A few days later, our supplier made the product available again, but at a higher price. Unfortunately, supplier availability and pricing are outside of our control, and we had no indication at the time that the product would subsequently become available again.
We completely understand the frustration of having an order cancelled, but we believe we acted as quickly and responsibly as possible in the circumstances and ensured your payment was returned rather than leaving you waiting for an unavailable product.
Edit 14/09/2026 – We would also point out that, since this incident, you have subsequently returned to us and successfully purchased multiple CQ7 packages without issue. We’re therefore disappointed that this review continues to reflect a one-star experience when your subsequent purchases show that you have continued to use our website and purchase from us.
We would respectfully ask that you consider updating your review to take into account your overall experience with us, including those subsequent successful purchases.
