Worse customer service ever. I purchased 2 bottles in Feb 2026. March 2026, I explained that after using their washing instructions that the bottles developed dark spots inside. I requested a refund. I sent pictures at their request. It is now July 2026 and all I keep receiving are emails saying they will give me a decision on a refund in 2-3 business days.(Still unresolved ) Personally for me, I will never order from this company again.

I love the hammer design and it opens easily so I like that
The bag is really cool I used it everyday
And the brush is nice too and water tastes good

One small recommendation to the brand is that they should completely remove plastic
They have a plastic bag which they should make of paper but maybe they have it to stop the bottle from getting in air contact

Ps: bottle tarnishes with time so it needs maintaince but I am happy to do that

And also I did a lead swab test and it tested negative for the lead so it’s actually good quality and trusted I can say and I checked for its purity also using magnet test

So all in all 5/5

I am now totally satisfied with this small, family run business. I ordered 3 bottles but only got 1 with a ding in it. After contacting Olivia, I was told of a shipping glitch - I thought for sure I got scammed but after a few prayers and a lot of patience, my 3 beautiful bottle arrived. Leveling up lifestyle for the win!

I ordered 3 water bottles in which I only received one. For a month they have not issued a refund or sent me the missing water bottles. They keep saying they need more time, at this point I think they are just waiting for me to forget about it. worst customer service I have ever received and at this point it is theft. I would highly recommend not purchasing from this company.

I Never received the product I ordered on March 26th. Communication with the company has stated twice over 4 weeks the bottles have been shipped and they apologize for the delay. When I asked for a tracking number the last time they stated this, I got a response thst said the team needed to look into it, to ensure it was handled fairly. I finally asked for a refund because it is now the middle of May and nowthere is no response. I ordered 4 water bottles. 120.00 order not filled.SCAM
