Cleveland containers experience
Cleveland containers was a breeze to deal with, process was easy, container arrived on time.
The delivery driver was very helpful and craned the container onto the concrete pad mm perfect.

Cleveland Containers Excellent Sales and Technical Support
The container was delivered on the date forwarded by Cleveland containers. The person who carried out the delivery contacted Skyrora, well in advance, before the delivery to arrange a delivery time, then placed the container in the specified location in the Skyrora facility. The trucks onboard crane meant either Skyrora or Cleveland Containers did not have to hire one for the delivery. Prior to the sale, Kelly Merrick, Sales Executive, kept me up to date regarding the available containers, supplied images, and information regarding QC tests that would be carried prior to container being delivered to Skyrora.

I would rate zero stars if possible
I would rate zero stars if possible. Ordered a container, obtained a delivery date. Delivery vehicle had mechanical issues on the day (faulty clutch). Cleveland then claimed i need to pay a redelivery fee of £500. I presented all the facts which were ignored. They then opted to cancel the order as i refused to pay a redelivery fee. They are now sitting on my money. I have chased for a refund for the past 20 days without success. Will never use this company again. Buyer beware
The response from Cleveland is factually incorrect. The vehicle broke down on council public road in good repair. I have shared photos, data etc all of which has been ignored by the company. Extremely disappointing customer service

Hello,
After speaking with the relevant departments, I’ve been informed that prior to the delivery, your sales manager spoke with you to ensure access to your site was clear as a previous attempt was unsuccessful because of this reason. On approaching the site, our haulier confirmed that this was not the case and in the efforts to reach the desired location, they suffered a mechanical fault to the vehicle. Prior to this second delivery, we did attempt to resolve the matter by offering a chance to confirm an alternative delivery location or a customer collection, which was unfortunately declined by yourself.
Regarding your refund, a credit note was issued on the 11th December, and an email was sent before Christmas to advise that a cancellation could be actioned on the order, with a full refund minus the transport/abort charges offered. To our knowledge this had not been responded to therefore an actual refund was not confirmed.
Our team are now processing the refund immediately minus the abort charges, and it should reach you soon. We apologise for any delay in the funds. We appreciate your feedback and hope to resolve this with you shortly.
