Absolutely Scammers. They approach you with some sweet HR people. Don't get trapped, completely fake company. Report the company where ever you see. Block it. Waste of time, guys.

Nice Company but payment takes much time

Unfortunatelly they really dont pay you... I did 2 surveys, they said me it'd be paid until a certain date, and it doesnt. All the ratings here that says they dont response emails is true. To send you surveys they are really fast, but when you ask them about your payment they just ghost you. Thats a really shame... Very disappointing. Hope one day they pay me for my 2 surveys.

CleverX is really great and reliable. I have been associated with CleverX for more than 2 years now. They are prompt and amazing.

Same experience as others. They promise to pay, but never actually do, just continue to push project dates. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Correction: After complaining here on trustpilot.com and sending a message to the project team, they have finally paid. This however does not change my rating as you should not be expected to complain to get paid.
Be aware that gift card redemption options are very limited which you are not informed about before selecting it.

Complete a survey and they issue a project completion date. When that date arrives it passes without the project completing and then the date slips a, week. And repeat for weeks and months. Never getting your payment.

No - in contrast to their response it was not an isolated occurence. This happened on all 3 of the surveys completed with them. As other's have said, they are best avoided.

First of all, they tell you what to say to qualify, so even if you're not qualified, they accept your survey if you punch in what they've told you.

Secondly, After doing so, it has twice shown, "100% Complete" for :15 and then switches to another screen that says something like the survey has maxed out or some note that you have not completed it - AFTER the full survey is done, which is about 20 minutes. This company is unethical and/or disorganized so DO NOT USE CLEVERX or do their surveys! The person helping me was kind enough but kept stringing me along. After three surveys and about an hour of wasted time, I will receive $0 and they have three, free surveys.

Hi, Some time ago I finished Google Ads Geist - US survey and two months later, my Wallet shows 0...other of your workmates didn't reply so maybe you will be the first one. In general my experience with Cleverx is very poor..

An overall good experience, but they need to optimise their payout system. Very often you need to chase people for the payment and it's a very specific email. The people who assign you the survey won't usually respond.

They don't pay - clearly some liquidity issues, so don't expect to get what you're owed. And being that you get the screener answers, hard to trust them if I was a business. I'll give them an extra star for their UX and web based approach (that would be nice... if they paid lol).
