Waiting for my product to be returned
They refused a return/refund then hung on to my item.
Edit: Eventually I demanded they sent the item back to me if they would not refund me and they admitted they had ‘lost’ it and they did refund me.

1. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable about product I wanted, confirmed returns policy. Had issues with my Apple Pay, thought I had bought same product twice. Quick call and speedy return call confirmed no order placed, so paid on site with card.
