Website offered next day delivery but not received
The first item on my order was delivered one day late and I was disappointed to find that the other part of my order was delayed. Promised it by the end of the week, and when it didn't arrive, promised again by the end of the next week. Had to call as no response to emails I sent

Communication was superb! Immediate replies to my questions. Delivery was next day- with a one hour time slot.they were on time and the parcel was well wrapped.

Helpful team, efficient service
I ordered some valves from Underfloor Shop. They arrived next day, but unfortunately weren't exactly what I needed. The Underfloor Shop sales team replied quickly & suggested I returned them for a full refund. Overall a hassle-free experience & I will buy from Underfloor Shop again.

Excellent service. Free next day delivery with good tracking so I was confident that I could book my customer in knowing I would have the part I needed. Good price too with derailed description of the part required. All round good service delivered, can't fault I'm any way.
