It provides an affordable unit cost.
Reduced by a star due to the outlay of their Web pages. Expecially tyring to download billing history. It takes forever when navigating the pages. This is not something new. You get there but since I don't get immediate feedback after clicking i have to wait several seconds before I get an acknowledgement. They need to investigate the slowness of their web pages. Once you get used to the quirks their web works. It is the same when I wish to enter my own meter readings ... it always have to try to remember where I need to enter my readings. I should be able to see and option of the first page, click on it , enter my readings, hit submit and I am done. Seldom I call CS but when I do their CS is excellent

No weekend customer service👎

Been with them for many years now until today when I tried to top up with voucher it kept rejecting it the problem is this is Sunday 2/11/25 so when I called them I was told by recorded message they where closed until Monday 8:00am,so not customer service to help with 35p left on metre. What kind of customer service is that, I will be changing to another supplier ASAP as there are 2 disabled adults in my home and THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Affordable and reliable

Was with SSE, their customer service was atrocious, prolific liars and thieves. My quarterly bill occasionally became monthly bill taking an extra £250 every time! Switched to Click Energy and the massive difference on my bill has decreased significantly, even the hassle of submitting meter reading every month was worth it, customer service was second to none and I'm definitely won't be go anywhere else.

I switched from Electric Ireland to ClickEnergy about a week ago and I’m so happy I did it. We save so much on electricity now, we used to spend £30-£35 pw, now we got through the week with £12, I am always saving on electricity, I never leave lights on during the night and wash our laundry only during the night. Last night I washed and use ld tumble dryer and for 1h 15 min washing machine and 1h 40min tumble dryer we spend £1.49 , where with electric Ireland it used to be around £3.15, I’m very happy, thank you so much,

The meter was constantly bleeping more than another supplier I have ever been with and I changed supplier to share energy which is takeing ages normally 5 days I contacted share to see what delay was and they said they are waiting to here from click energy seems they are prolonging the time period to squeeze more money out of you

Topped up online and said payment failed. Contacted click about it to be told it'll take 3-5 working days to get the money back. After speaking to CS about it i tried to get back online only to be told the website was down. CS was uselessat trying to explain things. This is the second time this has happened. And has happened to other people i know. As for the app. That's more than useless. Ive just switched. Hopefully budget won't be as bad as this company. I'll never use this company again.

Renewed annual contract

Click Energy contacted me on 4th April 2025 saying that my one year contract is up on the 24th April and asking for me to get in touch. I called them to find out more and they said I could get the same deal for another year, which is what I did. I must say I am very impressed with them over this past year. Unlike PowerNI who seem to just make up usage figures and demand you pay a fixed monthly direct debit which is more than your actual usage, Click Energy contact me on the 25th of every month to submit my readings and then bill me for that usage on the 1st of the month. So I pay for what I use, isn't that an interesting concept! Compare that to PowerNI who built up huge credit on your account, so they have to refund it. Better in my pocket than those thieves at PowerNI!

100% no-one else in electric company gives you £180, pay-as-go, electric and it's the cheapest electric company around that you click electric, been with yourselves for 7 years, best 👌 👍 100% thank you for keeping me up-in-dated with discounts an promotions thank you

Lol what at these negative reviews here. I was with powerni then SSEairtricity and ClickEnergy (who I've now been with for well over a year) is cheaper and at least as reliable. I think I've used their customer service once and it was massively, massively better than the horror show that is the mess of airtricity's customer service. If I ever want to leave, I can also do it immediately - nice to not be tied down by a contract.

Topped up online couldn't retrieve code told me to ring them I rang for over an hour kept getting cut off at 14 seconds after the automated recording about them being the friendliest costumer service, emailed no reply, live chat doesn't work also requested a call back and contacted them in social media no reply just took my money and left me without electric 9 months pregnant with a 1 year old not the 1st time it's happened either

Requested a call & nothing came of that. Emailed & no reply. Never encountered a worse customer service model.

DON'T SWITCH TO CLICK ENERGY

The introductory rates are good but before long and without any notice you will find you are paying an expensive rate for your electricity.Shop around there are better deals available. I have now left Click Energy as I was paying 8p per KWH more than powerNI.

I've been with click energy this six…

I've been with click energy this six years and in all that time not once did they notifie me of any price increases I've had four increases in one year ..The Only emails I received from them was Click Backs savings on cinema tickets ect .when I asked why I wasn't being notified they told me it was up to their customer service dept ...The typical blame game ... They remind me of the typical scammer you'd find on the internet ....would not advise anyone to change to click difinetly not . My electrical charges have increased 500% in one year . Normal household usage and not once have I been notified.and on numerous occasions my metre charges were the same daily usage charges when the house was unoccupied .. difinetly scammers ..why is this company issued a license to supply energy is there no regulatory body are account's committee to check these companies like click energy.from scamming the people of Derry

electric forever running out meant to…

electric forever running out meant to be the cheapest, online top up doesnt work telephone top up takes ages very slow machine! today was -9.49 went off with no warning, and no warning it was low?? computers mucked up now because of sudden loss of power cooker need reset! not happy

Stay away from Click Energy

Stay away from Click Energy. I had been getting charged $200 a month for over 12 months. Now they owe me $124.26. The last payment I payed them was in October 2020. They said that they got the payment but still won't a bank statement to prove it was payed.
Its my money and I would like it back. $124 is a lot when your a pensioner.
My new suppliers bill for four months is just over $400.
PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.
