Placed an order and didn’t received a confirmation email, checked website and order has been placed. No response from customer service email and could not get through to anyone by phone. These have all the hallmarks of fake traders, do not use.

Ordered Sumatriptin tablets and paid extra for next day delivery not received the tablets and Clickpharmacy had taken the money from me £18.94 I have sent 3 emails HAD NO RESPONSE and made 3 phone calls and can’t get through. I am going through my bank and going to do a dispute with them to help me (but have to wait 15days. This is my first time using this company and definitely won’t be using them again. They take your money and don’t deliver. Joan

Its always very straightforward placing an order with Click Pharmacy. I've never had any problem in the past and I had no problem this time either. It usually only takes 24 hours to receive the parcel however this time it look 3 days to get the order. I don't blame Click Pharmacy for the delay as I live on the Isle of Man and the boats were cancelled due to the recent storms.

Pro : reasonably easy to create account
email confirmation of account fast
email confirmation of order fast
£ good evening raking into account postage
Neg : No website means to check on despatch
No "history of orders" I placed order yesterday
and got email confirmation but I can't see my
order history
Email confirming my order states " To view your order details kindly visit your patient area " no "patient area" on Web page and if I click the profile icon it tells me to "Sign in" which then shows the "Order Summary" page which merely says "You have no items in your basket" ???? The profile icon then acts as though I logged out and starts the same Web pages....no order history or even a way to check my contact details.
