Unbelievably poor customer delivery…

Unbelievably poor customer delivery process, long waits on orders, now over 3 months and still waiting, no clear communication of a tangible date, by the time the product arrives, it will be obsolete. I'm sure I am not the only one feeling the frustration.

Horrendous Service. Stay Away!

As most unpaid reviews you see here, they have the most horrendous service. I pre-ordered in Jan and now it's basically July but there's absolutely no update and generic responses. The following is an actual quote from their latest reply :

"Unfortunately, we do not have any additional order-specific information.."

What kind of a company does not have specific status update or information on their products. This reeks of a typical scam.

Scammy Behaviour and No Proper Communication

Ordered in the "first batch" for the power keyboard. Not only have they been delaying without mentioning anything but I receive the same generic email every time. They conveniently change the expected shipping every time - it was supposed to be April but now it's end of June and still no update. Definitely going to be my last order.

It still has not arrived. I ordered it in Jan when there was a deal going on before they were suppose to send them out in May. Nothing. I’ve sent messages to the customer service portion and they respond with some BS vague answer without an explanation as to why I have not received it or why it has not been sent out yet. Maybe they need to get there shit together. After this I’ll never buy something from them again.

Killer customer service! But I didn’t die.

Customer Support

I have been an early subscriber which for my financial reasons had to cancel my subscription, which of course helped the company financially and motivationally, after a month or two my finances recovered.
I then repurchased which was facilitated with exceptional customer support.

Am I getting punked?

I ordered a new Clicks Power Keyboard on 1/23/26, understanding that it would be shipped in a few months. This was about a week after the product was officially released.

In late May I began seeing notifications that the first set of orders were being shipped. The timeline on the website showed the same thing.

Since I ordered this item, I have never received one single email notification or reply notifying me of any status. I have been emailing them for two weeks trying to reach someone to tell them I will be moving soon so I can update my shipping address, NOTHING.

Their customer service does not reply and there is no way possible to reach a person on a call, only via the links on their website. Their social media is not responsive either.

At this point I'm trying to figure out if I've been scammed. I was very excited about the product, especially since I miss my 'Crackberry' like a mad-man. If they are going to take my $80 at least they could do is bother to reply.

These guys are the real deal

These guys are the real deal! Clicks keyboard cases have saved me literally hours upon hours and freed me up so that I could go home and enjoy my family. Click hardware is second to none.

I placed my order for the Clicks Power…No Keyboard, No Tracking, No Accountability

I placed my order for the Clicks Power Keyboard (Onyx) in early January 2026 after being told I would be included in the first shipping batch, which was expected to begin shipping in May 2026.

It is now June, and I still have not received the product, a tracking number, or even a realistic delivery estimate.

What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of proactive communication. Every update I've received has come only after I took time out of my own busy schedule to follow up. As a paying customer, I should not have to repeatedly chase a company for basic information about an order that was supposed to ship in the first batch.

The responses have been polite but generic: "shipments are underway," "tracking isn't available yet," and "we're unable to provide a delivery date." After waiting nearly six months, those answers are simply unacceptable.

I understand that delays happen. What I don't understand is how a company can miss its own promised timeline and then leave customers in the dark with little to no transparency. The uncertainty and lack of accountability have made this one of the most disappointing purchasing experiences I've had.

I can't speak to the quality of the product because it was never delivered. After months of waiting, no tracking number, no firm delivery date, and having to repeatedly follow up for updates, the entire experience has left me questioning whether this company values its customers at all.

If you value your hard-earned money and your time, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that not only make quality products but also respect their customers enough to communicate honestly and fulfill their commitments.

Maybe the keyboard is outstanding—but after my experience, I'll never know. Based on the customer service, communication, and fulfillment process alone, I cannot recommend Clicks to anyone.

Moto RAZR 2025+ keyboard case

I have the keyboard case for my Motorola Razr 2025. The keyboard makes using this device while closed really useful. Taking the on-screen keyboard out of the way makes text messages and email very workable on the small exterior screen.
I was using the device in that configuration on a flight yesterday. In the seat next to me was the CFO of a finance company who was fascinated by the Clicks Keyboard case and how it enabled me to use my phone in a new and interesting way.
Towards the end of the flight, our flight attendant hit me with questions about it as well - he recognized the enhanced utility immediately and was taken by the possibility of real physical keys for his own phone.
The physical keys make typing on my phone a genuine pleasure. The feeling of control, of accuracy, and the simple joy of tactile feedback as each character is entered - these feelings have been gone from my phone usage for far too long. Bravo, Clicks Team! I can't wait to see what you do next.

I placed a preorder for the Clicks…

I placed a preorder for the Clicks Power Keyboard in January 2026 and, months later, the biggest issue has not been the delay itself it has been the complete lack of transparent communication throughout the process.

Customers were told shipments would begin in May, but as May came to an end there were still no meaningful updates, no clear fulfillment information, and no proactive communication regarding delays or revised expectations. Every response from customer service consisted of the same vague, recycled language with no actual answers.

What made the experience worse was seeing their Instagram flooded with comments from other customers expressing the exact same frustrations: unanswered questions, shifting timelines, and little to no communication from the company. Clearly this is not an isolated issue.

When I raised concerns specifically about the lack of transparency, the response ultimately boiled down to: if the uncertainty no longer works for you, cancel your order. That response alone says a lot about how customer concerns are being handled.

Delays happen. Most reasonable customers understand that. What damages trust is poor communication, vague timelines, and making customers feel unreasonable for simply asking for honest updates about products they already paid for months ago.

At this point, I cannot recommend preordering from this company unless they significantly improve how they communicate with customers.

Clicks brings back a real keyboard for my phone.

Clicks has come to the rescue for all of us who cannot stand an on-screen keyboard. When my Blackberry finally went down, I experienced months of total frustration retyping words on a screen. When Clicks offered a real keyboard, I bought a Motorola Razr Plus 2024 phone and a Clicks keyboard. Problem solved! Soon I am going all the way with the new Communicator phone coming from Clicks. It looks like a phone made for business, not for time-wasting social media (but it can do that too). Thank you, Clicks!

Keyboard broke after 3 weeks of normal use — warranty denied

My Clicks keyboard case for the iPhone 16 Pro broke after only around three weeks of completely normal use.

To be absolutely clear: I never dropped it, never subjected it to any impact, and never misused it in any way. I simply used it normally and carried it in my jacket pocket. The front of the case still looks virtually brand new.

Nevertheless, the rear part of the case suddenly became loose from one moment to the next, and I was left with two separate parts of what should be one case. In my opinion, this clearly points to a serious material or manufacturing defect.

What makes this even worse is the customer support experience. After several attempts to get a response, the first proper reply I received claimed that the damage was “consistent with impact damage” and therefore not covered under warranty. Based on that assumption, Clicks refused any refund or warranty replacement.

I find this absolutely unacceptable. A premium-priced product should not fail after three weeks of normal use, and it is even more frustrating to have warranty coverage denied by simply claiming “impact damage” when the case was never dropped and shows no corresponding signs of misuse.

Very disappointing product quality and even more disappointing customer support.

Great kreyboard for a good price and amazing support!

I'm from Germany and my experience with this company and their product has been great so far! The keyboard is reasonably priced and the quality is great, the support is very friendly and they helped me right away by replacing a damaged part for free! I'm already planning to buy more of their products in the near future.
